"We should definitely paint together, then. I can't get the hang of a lot of the official-looking stuff, but I did learn a few things, so maybe I could show you some of them. And I'm sure you figured out a lot of cool things on your own, so maybe you could show me what you know?"

"I would love that." Kyle told him. "Is that what you wanted to talk about? Is so we should see if the counselors will allow us to use the art supplies."

Honey smells burning. "What!!" Where is this from she questions before being overwhelmed in smoke.

"Oh, there was another thing, but I agree! We should definitely ask them!" Kido turned his attention back his kite for a moment, seeing it swoop down a bit unplanned. He tried for a moment to get it back up in the air before turning back to Kyle. "Hey, um...this is probably a weird question, but do you think that you could visit sometime?"

"Now you sound like Kyle." Ivy told her. She continues pulling heat from the tree until it's cool to the touch.

Kyle chuckled as Kido hugged him again. He was definitely an affectionate person. He watched as Kid climbed the tree his kite got caught in.

After a few minutes of climbing, Kido eventually reached the branch that his kite had gotten caught on. It didn't seem like it was sturdy enough to hold his weight, though. Well, not like this, anyhow. Taking a moment to find his heartbeat, Kido focused on it until he felt a familiar 'pop'. While in his chibi form, it was easy to get across the branch to his kite, but now he had to get it down. "Kyle! I got the kite...but...ah..." He looked back in the direction he had climbed up, deciding that it wouldn't be safe for him to climb down without the use of both hands. "Can you do me a favor? I need you to grab the string."

Kyle watched as Kido. He was afraid the branch would break under the younger boy's weight. He breathed a sigh of relief when Kido grabbed his kite. He tilted his head curious about the request. He took ahold of the string. "Got it."

"Okay!" Chibi-Kido shifted the kite's position and looked down again. "I'm coming down with the kite, so I need you to pilot it when it comes out of the tree, okay?"

"Great! Here I go, then!" Kido replied as he jumped out of the tree. The wind seemed to catch the kite nicely, so all he had to do was hold on for now.

Kyle held the string tightly and stayed right underneath it. He didn't know if it would soar or drop so he wanted to be prepared for either option.
