Kido would hear sounds of arguing. He might be able to tell that one of belong to his friend and that the other voice belong to an older man. He might not be able to make out the words but he would be able to tell that both people where angry. Occasionally he would hear the sounds of fighting. Things often hit the wall behind him.
The short boy jumped at the feeling of something hitting the wall from the other side. What was that? Were those voices? Wasn't Roxy supposed to be in there by herself? Who was that other person? A bit nervous about what was going on, Kido placed the sketchbook back in his bag and placed an ear to the wall, hoping that things would stop slamming against it. "R-Roxy? What's going on?" His voice was quiet, maybe a bit shaky, but he wasn't sure if he should be louder. But what if she was hurt? Did the counselors know that she was in trouble? Should he get someone? Was there time?
"H-hello? Is anyone there?" He tried to raise his voice slightly, terrified that he was making a poor decision once again.
