He knew what relief it would bring, to be able to take care of yourself was the most empowering thing for him. That was the true freedom of life.

Not because she hated them but because they reminded her of the family she had lost. Still she probably couldn't avoid it forever. She breathed a sigh of relief when she reached the last step. "Well at least this time I didn't fall down the stairs."

"Thank you." The boy looked down in slight embarrassment, but typed out another answer after another moment of thought. "I am unfortunately unable to control my sense of reality, so it sometimes distorts that of other people."

Alastair headed down the hall and then saw kyo and decided to walk over to him. "hey kyo what's going on I slept in a little longer then I expected." Alastair said popping his back and neck.

Kyo nodded a greeting to the other boy as he approached. "Good morning, Alastair. I hope you are well today?" He honestly still felt slightly tense seeing him again after yesterday's craziness, but he still was convinced that he was still a fairly agreeable person. He just needed to stay away from Nerox, if at all possible.

Alastair got startled by the girl who had just greeted him, "hey I don't think we've met I'm Alastair, watch out though I'm a scary monster." Alastair said sarcastically thinking about last night. He nodded to Katherin noticing her to the side.

"I don't mind." Katherin assured him. Finding the dinning room wasn't hard. She just ad to follow her nose. She took her time allowing her came to fine objects in front of her. She was gaining confidence when it camp me to finding her way around. She paused when they reached the dinning room. This was the hard part. How to determine which seats were taken and which ones were not. "Morning."

"Of course." Kyo stood from his chair and reached for their hands to lead them to the table. Finding two chairs that were still free right next to each other, he brought the other two kids over to them and pulled them out for them to sit in. "Here. These have not been taken."

"Yeah here" Alastair said handing her a small shard of a mirror, he kept it face down in her hands and took a step behind her, he raised her hand so she could see in the mirror. In it's reflection was a ghostly image it was still Alastair put his eyes and skin were grey and he had a large wound on his face, he whispered to her. "See why I don't show this off now." He said turning around.
