Well, i'm sure there would be some way of controlling him, perhaps with something that she could feed him. Like oranges. Perhaps he could be allergic to oranges, which make him ill, and therefore regular strength, and also no teleportation.

Well, there's drugs that can do just about anything these days. I'm sure we could make up a name and have him take two pills of that every day.

They never truly escaped, there was a force field around Erza and even if there isn't he's knocked out cold so he can't escaped. Of course I'm thinking it's 3 single cells, you could be thinking that it's one big cell instead. The force field though...
