Phones scratched his head. He had not found an enemy to fight yet. This whole adventure was becoming more of a chore. He could not even find any members of his supposed guild. Nicolas then began walking toward another wall. He expected that he was not going to find anything entertaining inside. The sound mage decided to head outside. He then began smashing a few walls. He suspected that if no guild members are nearby, he could just run away and ditch all them. They will probably be too busy to see him escaping. It was genius!

Sasha sighed and rose, unable to just sit there anymore. Foguring Damian could handle himself, and also thinking that the wizard his was fighting wasn't trying very hard, she went around the battle, where she spied Trinty, who she knew had been with Penny. Relief flooded through her, the fact that the girl appeared inhurt. Penny had managed to see to it that those with her were safe. Or at least unhurt. She approached Trinity, but stopped when she saw the person she was talking with. Sasha immediately shift, wary, wishing she had given the book to someone else, as she heard "he stole a book..." And hesrd Trinty state that she had been with Penny, and the Sound punk. Well. More people to find. Perhaps master Jamie would find them. She turned to the stranger and said "you may not think it's important or necessary that we take the book. But it is. Do you think, even for an instant, that the council would let us take a book, writen by a Fairy Tail mage 100 odd years ago, out of the library for our own gain? We have done what is necessary, what is right for us, and the people of Fiore, to gain that book. If there is a weakening between Edolas, and our land, then that could mean a whole lot of trouble for Fiore. We need to figure out just how our Wes has been transported there, to be replaced with his Edolas version here" all assumption, but Sasha figured it was correct. "So yes, we have selfish reasons for retrieving the book, but we also have the best interest of Fiore at our hearts, as Phoenix Wing will always put the best interest of Fiore at heart" She looked to Trinty, and said "the witch over there, the blood mage? I think she is partnered with the dragon who took Karn. You can ask her if he is alright. She doesn't seem like too much of a bad person" ---- Master Jamie was outside, and in the right place to hear the smash of the wals. He sighed, and stood waiting, figuring it was one of her members. And seeing Phones, Jamie once more pressed his fingers to her nose. "It just had to be you. Well, it appears you have managed to stay out of too much trouble, but I'm quite disgusted with you. Leaving like you did, most likely because of a combination of your arrogance, pride and confidence in yourself that is quite false, and Penny's attitude of trying to get you t actually see what a valued member you could be, which most likely scsred you, has ended up with Penny seriously hurt. And her thoughts were probably thank god you and the others weren't around." Another sigh. Jamie shook his head and said, "we have giving you an opportunity here, and if you want to throw it away, and suffer perhaps a horrible demise, quite early because you've thrown away the opportunity this guild can give you to be someone, someone people look up to, and to be valued, to have a family, then leave. But no one else will give you this opportunity" one more sigh, "here, you have people who would risk their lives for you, a family, those that care. What more could you ask for?" Jamie turned away from him.

### Wizard X #### Fiore || Library ##### Interacting: Sasha, Trinity The masked wizard looked to the ice wizard as she spoke, giving her little speech, but the masked person simply waved a hand in response. **"I know exactly why you did this. Jamie has always been reckless, but that does tend to happen when one of the little kids gets lost. I honestly don't care if you take the book. I even helped you out and making the enchantment a bit easier. I promise you, you'd rather have that rule then the one that had been previously sealed it. It in loved killing and a messy little ordeal and a tedious treasure hunt."** they answered with a simple shrug. **"As long as you understand, that this..."** they said, poining to the unconscious indivuals in the room. **"Could happen, I'm not the one who is going to scold you. Otherwise, I'd have done the same thing to you as the feline. And I rather not reck the city if I had to get serious. Too tiring. And I like the beer here. They have a good bar here."** the cloaked wizard said before taking another book and flipping through it. The books seemed to hold something similar, revolving around life and death studies of magic. **"Of course if you really want a playmate, I suppose I can oblige. But it doesn't look like you're in much condition. *Sasha.* And perhaps not everything is as it seems with little Wes. But that's for Phoenix Wing to discover I suppose."** they said with a soft hum.

Sasha looked over to her unconscious sister, the injured Mayt, the tired Lazarus. Then back to the unknown Wizard. She wasn't surprised that they knew her name. "You think to scare me. You think you know my limits. You don't. You. Don't. I will fight for my guild, my friends until my body refuses to move" A shrug. "We will fight for our cause, and that involves getting hurt. I'd rather not fight, but I will if pushed" She looked to Trinity, and said, "did you run into any trouble, besides this guy?" She asked, caring.

This girl was a little hot-headed, wasn't she? But, maybe she was being the same way, herself. This guy... He'd given them a condition, to unlock the book, hadn't he? So, he was playing a game? A game just isn't interesting if the game master takes every matter into his own hands, and now that he's established his rule, he wouldn't need to dirty his own hands anymore. It seemed like he wanted them to win, as well, which gave him little reason to lie. She sighed and returned the arrow to her quiver, though she held on to her bow. And she still didn't want his tea. Wes. The name she heard as she left the Archives. She turned her attention to Sasha as she spoke, shaking her head. "**Not trouble, exactly. That name he mentioned, Wes. Someone claiming to be him was... speaking with Sayuri in the Archives. Near where I ran into this guy. I don't know who Wes is, though, so I couldn't tell you if it was or not.**"

Masahiko looks at Damian curiously, "Well our first order of business will to be to repair the damages to the building, take inentory of the library and archives, and heal up after this battle. After that there are only two things I can think of. First I will, provided I'm not trapped by Jarvis, elimenate all the dangeros Dark guilds I have agents in and then figure out what Pheonix Wings punishment will be for attacking the Magic Council. Reguardless of wether you were right or wrong you attacked the Council and that needs to be punished," he leans against a bookshelf, "As to whether or not I have an agenda, of course I do. Everyone in any seat of power has some sort of an agenda. Mine isn't as sinister as Angelica's probably was. As for the masked lady I don't have any good evidence either way. Also the God Slayer is someone I've actually been trying to locate, for selfish reasons, but as to his identity I have no clue." --- Sayuri gave a sigh of relief, "Thats good!" she smiled at him but it turned into a confuse look rather quickly, "Hun, what do you mean?" she hurries after him as he runs off, "Wait what are you taking aout? Is it something I can help with?"

**"Oh I'm not trying to scare you. Words don't scare. Actions do. But it is quite good to know you think your limits are quite broad... But then again, if they are too much, then who's to say your any better then a Dark Guild member who says the same? Mhmm I may have to test it out someday. Thought about doing it now with the enchantment... To see if you could really do it for your guild buuuuut then again, it might be a little cruel. But... We have time to spare, would you like to test your words?"** The wizard said in almost a sing song, unfazed by Sasha's words and seemed a bit disbelieving in them. After all, there were sever all ways to test a wizard's resolve in what they believe. How far they would exactly go to achieve it, how far they would go to protect family. Looking over at Masahiko the two just seemed to be talking now. With a sigh, they flipped through another book on forbidden magic.

Nicolas brushed himself off. Breaking down walls was easy enough, but the debris would always hit him. He was lucky that no large pieces fell on his head. Phones once suffered a concussion. That was not pretty. He place his hands inside his pocket and looked around. His ears perked at the sound of a familiar voice. He sighed and rolled his eyes once he noticed that it was Jamie. Nicolas did not really have time for this. He crossed his arms to show that he was not in the mood to listen, but Jamie kept on talking. The more he spoke, the more fuel was adding to Nicolas. He scoffed. "No! Screw you! You shut your ignorant mouth!" The words that spewed out of Jamie's mouth had only stirred the anger inside of Nicolas. He clenched his teeth and tightened his fists. "Do not dare to put me up for blame because of someone else's incompetence! I wanted to help, but she stopped me and insulted me by calling me a murderer!" Nicolas threw his arm back. "So I went to go find help where I was needed. If I cannot use my talents, this guild might not be the best for me." He placed his headphones around his ears. "Don't talk to me as if you care or not. The only person's name I know of is yours and a nickname I adopted for a cat person. We can start off with trust, and you trusting me that I do a lot better without someone holding my hand." Nicolas walked over to tree and sat down. "What I want most is freedom. If I am to be a frog in a well, I cannot be here."

Sasha frowned at Trinity's words. "It could just be a coincidence. I don't know everything about Edolas. Penny knows m ore. She likes history, and she knew that Bonnie was an exceed." She wanted to man, and shifted, looking to her sister, and worn out guild mates. She could still fight for them. She would always fight for them. She looked back to the strange man and said, without a quiver in her voice, and very heart felt, "I would die for them. Thats the difference between a dark guild, and a light guild. Our family, our connection. We would die for each other. Most dark guild members I've come across wouldn't" She shifted one foot back, the other forward, and raised her hands. "If you seek to hurt any of my guild, or even make a move to, I will stop you" Now she really wished she had passed the book off to someone else, "They gave me hope when I had none. They welcomed me with open arms. They gave me what I need. Master Jamie cares, to the point where he hurts himself physically to even save one of us" She thought of the hours she had seem Master Jamie at research the last few weeks, only eating when Jarvis forced her to. "If the least I can do is lay down my life for them, then I will. without a seconds thought" ---- Jamie just let Phones go on. It seemed for the best, but be stalked over when Phones sat by a tree and said, "You forget that Jarvis has access to the lacrima's that Penny had. He saw just about everything. You were going to harm someone who was already down. Penny just reacted. And then when Spencer struggled back up, to attack you, yes, that's right, none of you saw that did you, she got in first. You speak of trust, well, if there was no trust, you wouldn't be here. You would be most likely harmed fatially because you pranked the wrong wizard. We don't know your abilities. We ony know that you can destroy walls, so if one of us says "Good job" They mean it, because its a confirmation of your skills." A brief silence, as Jamie looked back to the council building. "Every single one of those members, with the phoenix mark, aimed to prevent injury to each other, and yes, to you. not because they don't believe in your skills, but because that's what this guild does. They care. You want freedom? You have that here, but you are too busy being a whiney, snot nosed, brat that you can't see that. You think all we want to do is tie you down, because that's all you want to see. The minute anyone gets that Mark on them, they're mine. Even if I don't know their name, they are mine. So, too bad, You're marked. Your mine, your the guilds. You can't run from that, kid. No matter how much you try not to be, You're Phoenix Wing now. Its you yourself that is making you a frog in a well. You'll return when you see that" And Jamie shoved his hands in her pockets, and walked back to the council building. "I have to go see to Masahiko and Damian now. If I know Masahiko, he'd already be thinking of the future"

Melina smiled as she heard Sasha's speech. **"That sounds like a cult to me, not a guild."** She gave a sinister smile, and the image of her soaked in blood would unnaturally be pushed to the front of Sasha's mind should she look at the Blood Witch. **"A Dark Guild can very much believe in the exact same things a Light Guild does, just take it to a different extreme."** She approaches Wizard X and the two female mages with a look of believing she is one of the ones, if not the one, in power here. **"You forget that no one believes they're in the wrong, and talk like these 'Dark Guilds' and 'Dark Mages' are choosing to do evil. While I'm certain at least one is, I'm certain most of them believe they are 'Light Guilds' and 'Light Mages' themselves."** She smiled more, pulling the scythe off her back and leaning on it. **"And some simply don't care about morality."**

Trinity stiffened as Sasha continued to banter, and what a banter it was! This masked wizard sounded like he was serious. "**O-oye. There's a difference between having the courage to defend your friends and *poking the bear*. It seems like Karn is fine, and... he doesn't seem interested in retrieving the book. Only in... testing us.**" What she couldn't get was *why*. Why test them, go to all this trouble? Melina spoke, as well, and Trinity spoke without turning away from the masked mage. "**Call it a cult if you like, though you don't seem to know what that word really means. This girl right here is talking about-**" Pose! She kneels dramatically with her bow hand raised, palm up, the other touched to her collar, "**Love!**" Sparkle sparkle sparkle effects with a smidgen of energy make, just for kicks. She stands again and clears her throat, watching that masked wizard again. "**That's what makes a good guild, Light or Dark. The darkness is often just misunderstood, by both those that use it and those that observe it.**"

The wizard merely tsked, waving a finger at Sasha. As if saying that the Guild member was not understanding what Wizard X was trying to explain. **"Never said you risked your own life. There are other ways that could be sacrificed, that are more important. It's how truly far your willing to go. You'd be surprised how many dark guilds protect their own with their own life. But it's what they do to others. Morality. Would you kill for your family? You could say yes, but how far would you kill?"** they murmured before their body disappeared and appeared behind the ice wizard, opening the bag and snatching the book, disappearing again appearing on a bookshelf. Words came murmuring as a purple glow emitted from their fingertips, making the book glow and words appear, a timer running down upon it. They let the book go, to simply float lower now, the words slightly different now. It read, 'This will only open when Trinity Stratos's death or the blood of the children of this city. Failure will bring destruction upon this object.' **"Would you still go this far for your Guild? Disregard everyone else? And let innocent blood run through your ice? Would any of your family approve? I suppose you can ask the blood wizard to do it for you, if she really wanted to."** The wizard asked, watching them with crossed arms. Though they minorly chuckled at Trinity's words.

[Damian] "The God Slayer is a She actually. She was impersonating a member of Phoenix Wing when I ran into her. As for punishing Phoenix Wing, I don't think I can let you do that. From what Carrie said, you, the Council, had no intentions of doing this peacefully." His eyes narrow sharply. "Besides, there's a couple of good friends you have to answer for the disappearance of."

"No, because I won't sink to the level of someone who would make this a challenge. If you insist on keeping the book with those words on it, then we will just find another way. If you insist on it, then we will just have to find a way to find our Wes, even if it is harder" She picked up the book, with disgust and said, "You would go this far, to simply prove a point? If you're waiting for me, or anyone else in this guild to run through the city with blood flowing, then you'll be waiting a long time. Enchantments can be broken, and Phoenix Wing has many contacts, that could help us here. So all you are doing is just making our path more difficult" She shrugged. "If you insist on these conditions, then I will destroy the book so no one will try and fufill the conditions"

The Wizard simply chuckled, snapping the fingers and the book flashed, the words disappearing until it had the old rule back in place. **"I would go so far to do the same that made you attack the Council in such a populated city with plenty of bystanders. If you had said anything other, I'd have to smack your Master upside the head for being a poor parent. It's a simple lesson, that many wizards are starting forget. But it is a situation, that will eventually be impossible to avoid. So I do hope you remember how much value you have in your family, and your morality."** they said with amusement before stretching and started reading another book.

Trinity took a deep breath, steadying her temper. Oh, this guy was irritating. Just, y'know, put people's lives on the line willy nilly, sure. That's cool. She cracks her neck to either side before sighing heavily. "**This guy**." She put her bow on her back, with her quiver, before taking Sasha's shoulders and shaking her gently. "**This guy! What is with today and the *most* annoying people?**" She slumped briefly before letting the girl go. "**So, uh...**" She glared at MaskMan briefly, making sure he was staying over there, before looking over at the pile of guildmates. "**_I'm_ new. Wanna... fill me in?**"

Sasha closed her eyes, "It was never the intention to fight the council, but their arrogance and selfishness led to this" She sighed and opened her eyes, "Perhaps you should take a look at what the council instead of us" this time, Sasha put the book in the satchel, but held onto the satchel.As Trinity shook her, she blinked. "Um. Well, that could take a while"

**"Oh they're a bunch of idiotic assholes. That's nothing new. I don't care enough to nag them icecube. Plus, they are not the ones that have what I do care about."** The masked figure snickered in amusement, humming a little as if pretending the council member in the room wasn't there before looking to the frustrated white haired girl and wiggled their fingers in a greeting fashion. **"Love you too darling."** Wizard X chuckled.

Masahiko sighs, "Look I have no idea about either one of them. The only Wes I know is our head researcher here in the Council. Besides Jamie only mention one if there was another I have no idea. Add that to the fact that I was actually out taking care of a personal matter up until a couple days ago," he looks into the distance, "As for the punishment would you rather it came down from the King? I can almost asure you it will be much harsher than if I gave it." "I can't speak for the rest of the Council but I would have tried but Jamie never gave me a chance. Thoug I'm sure it would have come to battle anyway. A discusion would have been nice," he shrugs, "I'm also going to have to find some people to replace the missing members. This will be a huge pain."

"**Uhg...**" Trinity glares sidelong at MaskMan, before turning her eyes back to Sasha. "**Well, you don't seem busy. Are you? I'm certainly not.**" The white-haired wizard finds something to lean against, plucking a few notes on her bow. "**Maybe I'll write a song about you? Hehe.**"
