well considering slayers almost destroyed the world and i assume all the dragons are dead in ths RP it's not really a surpise.

Well it's always possible to learn through the use of written documentation, or magic having been secretly passed down, or a baby dragon having survived and lived in secrecy (like how the two dragons lived secretly in A:TLA) then there are various options.

Well that is an option, but I kind of feel for the character in mind, the best would be if it had some sort of interaction and possible teacher in a dragon. And if that dragon was killed it would be all the better for the back story. Dragon lacrima I suppose is also an option. Just not really one I would personally want. Even if characters derived from it are pretty touch. Yep... I'm looking at Cobra and Laxus.

Well I know about that, but there are still options. Some one else utilized time magic of some sort, or other forms. An artificially created dragon? Fairy tail tech and magic can do wonderous things.

I don't think that. I'm pretty good at keeping my OOC knowledge from my characters' IC knowledge. I do think, however, that generally getting within her reach won't go so well. x3 Best part about this is that one stranger has managed to accuse two members of Phoenix Wing of mass-murder, with evidence, and they entirely deny/ignore it.

Well it's possible the dragon had done this a long time ago. But the lacrima were rare. Thus very expensive and hard to get. So either through black market deals or trading or certain forms of business. Then you'd need a doctor to perform the implant surgery or something like that. Just my speculation.

Most dragons reach adulthood in around 100 years. Also I beliece Dragon Lacrima are created rather then found.
