Quick question, what town is the Phoenix wing hotel in?
And is there any current law on the guards? Like are they all normal humans with mundane weapons?

The hotel is in the city of Crocus which is the capital of Fiore. It was where the Magic Games are currently being taken place, but just finished. Technically it ended with no winners because of something that required the games to end immediately.

Since Crocus is the capital city and the Magic Games just finished, there should be a lot of normal people. But since the games brought some magical guilds to participate, there are some magical characters in the city too.

And a fair number of the guards are Rune Knights with magic weapons.

History: Born to the great Iron Thornheart, leader of the Iron Thorn fighting guild, Jezebel was held to some high expectations as a child. Living in her fathers vast shadow she was raised as the boy he so badly wanted. He loved her but at the same time that very same love only caused him to be harder and more strict on her training. Her mother was the guild cook and Zee cherished their time cooking together, but it was small in comparison to her combat training.
Personality: Zee is loud, stubborn and competitive. She lives by her own honourable unspoken code. Very much a tomboy but that's just because she was never taught how to be a lady.
She dislikes mages and anyone who hasn't worked for or earned the things they have.
