[IC] Struggling

[Drakon rilt]

Justin took it, "thanks." He took it from the child in front of him, before standing. "We better go somewhere private, because I don't really want to talk about it in front of these kids." The tattoo on his left shoulder showing from the work out black t shirt he was wearing he took a drink from the cup.

"Right. Well I'll be back alright, go and get Elizabeth up alright?" Natalie asks as she takes his arm and led him outside and where the kids wouldn't go after her, placing the glass on the table ruffling Michelle's hair and thanking her.

Justin smiled at her, once he was outside. He looked up at the sky, "well I know one thing they outnumber both of us by a lot." He looked back down at her, "I can probably convince the other werewolves to help us out on this but it would probably take a few days."

"That is fine better to be prepared and ready to fight then to go in guns blazing. I do not mind waiting as long as the vampires don't go after the kids. Cause if they do, all bets are off and I'll come in with a sword and start chopping heads off." Natalie says seriously. She would protect these kids with her last breath if need be. These kids looked to her for protection and that she'd give.

Justin laugh a bit, "I can't give you a promise that there's going to be help. But I can try my best to convince them. If I don't get them to agree then we need a back up plan." He had his arms crossed over his chest, as he looked at the sky.

"At least you would have done your best if none come to help. It's more than anyone else would have done in your position." Natalie says sitting down and thinking about a back up plan. Honestly, she hoped it wouldn't come down to that. For she had no idea what to do to take down the most talked about and feared vampires in all of history. It was a daunting task but if she wanted the kids to live in a time without the fear of a possible vampire attack, she'd do anything.

Justin sat on the ground, his arms still crossed. Then he remembered, "I don't think I can call on the other werewolves for help, not with them being half way across the world it's been a long time since I have cot acted my brothers. I can probably get help though from rogue vamps that don't follow Dracula but I'm probably going to need your help with that."

Natalie looked surprised. But she did think anything. "Alright. What do you need me to do?" She asks not minding in the least as he asked her to do something.

Justin looked at her, "just might need back up if anything goes wrong need someone to watch my back when I go there we'll have to go down to the were house by the docks tonight see if they want to help us get rid of Dracula if not then were probably going to get attacked."

"I can be ready by then to attack and cover your back if need be." Natalie says with a small grin. She wouldn't have figured herself to be a battle ready gal but whatever it took to protect the dreams of the kids she watched after.

Justin nodded, "by then I should have healed fully right now not in full fighting order yet." He crossed his arms over his chest, as he looked up at her. "Don't know if we can take down Dracula or not I have my doubts and I have my fears I just don't know if we can kill him or not."

Natalie looked at him and paused to think about this. Seriously think on it. "Honestly I'm scared too. I have no clue if we will be able to do this or not. But I don't want that monster to take over the world. I have the dreams of the kids who look up to me to protect. And if I don't do everything in my power to make that hapoen, how can I call myself their second mother?" She asked with a shrug.

Justin shrugged, "it's a matter of trying to convince the rogue vamps to help us." He got back to his feet, "I might have a few more vampire weapons for you to use since I just have to shift to kill them." He sighed, the tattoo on his shoulder shimmering in the suns light. "I'll come and get you after dinner then I'll take you to my place so then you can gear up on some weapons."

"Alright then. I shall see you then. Would you like to teach Michelle that game? I'm sure she's highly looking forward to it. It's not often she gets to play." Natalie invites letting him easily in her home and sanctuary.

Justin smiled, "well I was kind of hoping if you and the others want to join in. Because that game is baseball, I guess I wanted to teach them an easy game it's really not that hard to learn me and some of my old buddies always played it together."

Natalie did some thinking. "It would get the energy that Jack and Sam have bottled up. And the kids need something to focus on. Yeah I'll join in." She says with a smile having heard of the game before and watched it once or twice on the side lines and way out of sight of anyone else wanting to see what the hubbub was about in that game.

After a few hours of playing baseball with them, he checked the time. "Looks like I have to make my way back to my place I'll see you later on tonight I'll pick you up." With that he started walking back to his house. Once e was out of sight he shifted and started running toward his house in the woods.

Natalie and the kids laugh as they head back to their home, the kids talking animatedly about the game.
"Mom? Is he going to be our dad?" A kid asked curiously. Natalie acted more the mother than the official mother of the home they all lived in was to the kids. Her eyes widened and she flushed shaking her head.
"What a rude question. And besides. Its not up to me." It was mostly his choice if he wanted to stay with them. Or if they were going to die tonight. Whichever.

By later that night, a black truck pulled up to the house. He quietly knocked on the door, having a feeling that the kids were asleep. "Natalie?" He said loud enough for her to hear through the door. Justin was wearing no shirt with faded jeans and combat boots.

Natalie quietly opens the door having sent the kids to sleep just a few hours ago, and softly closes it her heart fluttering as she came to the realization that once more Justin was shirtless. Quit that! He's handsome sure, but don't think about it. First we have to survive the night. Then let's see if he would like...to date me. She thought shaking her head a little and smiles. "Hello." She says softly prepared to go and get what was needed, her gun once more at her side. She liked it where it was, and she became to be dependent on it being where she knew it was.
