Also one who can change appearances to drive a wedge between our characters.

I could see a villain with mind controlled zombies being fun, because we couldn't hurt his/her minions because they're innocent civies, so we gotta fight them off without hurting them.

Spoiled rich crazy girl and her genius, murderous butler
Invisibility and super speed? Or maybe shadow manipulation
Evil twins. Maybe they can be the masters of disguise? Or they could have some weird psychic twin link shit
Person who's art turns into monsters and weapons and stuff
Somewhat androgynous master of disguise

He can bring out someone's worst fears if they simply look into his eyes. This fear petrifies them. Need some non-human looking ones!

I actually have an antagonist specifically for Marilyn's arcs. A few, actually

sneak peeks without giving anything away

Already getting Ideas for these guys. In Order.

Blowout: Has the ability to make things explode at will (like Sparky Sparky Boom Man, without the third eye tattoo)
Lady T and Derrick: A brother and sister Pair. Lady T has a telepathic link with her brother, and makes him carry out her orders, no matter what they are. Derrick can create fields of energy with his mind, and can use them for several things.
Blindside: Can create a toxic smoke that is usually too thick to see through, and can turn into a cloud of smoke himself.
Oni Twins: Both Pyromancers, often work in tandem and as one singular being.
Motherboard: Powerful technopath, is insane and believes her actions are justified because she is "protecting her children"
Wave: Emits piercing sound-waves into the air, and can control the frequencies at will.

I have no idea how my character's arc will go... Maybe call it "Judah's personal Judgement day."
I'll think of something when the time comes.

I'm thinking that at some point in Rumble's future he will want to try once again to defeat his nemesis in the space pirates. I haven't figured out all the details yet, but let's just say that he has some emotional baggage leftover from his failure.

Recluse: Spider-human hybrid. Lethal bites and can transform into a giant spider maybe??/ So many spider super heroes/villains

For Liriia second set of villains, I have new ideas!

Vivienne and Rust: Vivienne is a sorceress that used her magic on the suit of armor, making it her guardian for her weak body.
Transplant: A man who loves to 'Frankenstein' things and make things out of scraps. His human body was injured in an earthquake and he moved his brain to a robotic body.
Can't think of anything for her yet.
Free: An alien life form that believes his crimes 'free' people of their limitations.
Catalyst: Dying Alien trying to find a cure by any means necessary.
Observer: An alien who found a small human child and decided to raise it. He does whatever needs to be done for her, and enjoys watching the human race.
