so i think he should be able to regenerate at death,his spirit would roam,until he regens a new body,or if he has a clone body on standby,he could use that

Well then that wouldn't make much sense really. You already have plot armor so nobody is going to kill you unless you don't care. Charak has the final word on it however, so you just gotta wait until he saws whatever.
