Abilities: He is inhumanly powerful when going for a kill
Weapons: a kitchen knife
Weakness: Even though he is powerful, he is still mortal and has weaknesses of a normal mortal. He absolutely loves the chase when attacking his victims, which sometimes allows them to escape.
Other: He's a crazy psychotic serial killer of course. He is awaiting the day Jane comes in an attempt to kill him.
Much shorter than most of my CS's because bio and appearance were taken care of by a link, also I know how Jeff acts but not too much personal info.

Wouldn't Jeff know what she looks like though, I mean a girl with bleach white skin and pure black eyes is very recognizable.

you should give him a disguise and then Jane and jeff could be friends in disguises but then hate eachother as killers hahahahaha *turns into evil laugh*

she has a human disguise! A.k.a. Wig, makeup, and anyways the black eyes are part of a mask

well her skin got fucked up by jeff as he made a mistake so he sent her a mask and the dress and a knife that she used when going over to his house.
so yea instead of getting a face like his she got a messed up face

Exactly. That's why she has a mask and wig. Her black hair is a wig cause of how badly she was burnt. Makeup makes her human looking without the mask though. To Jeff, the burnt face of Jane is beautiful in his thinking of the word
