Perhaps the best solution is to label where each character is at the beginning of each post, especially since Museum Island is pretty big and some people aren't on it yet, and possibly compile a list of where people are.

Katsumi is somewhere kind of close to the museum but outside of it, with Roxy. Rachel and Yuuka are in one part of the museum, your character and Raiko are in another.

So far, Nicholas, my PC (I've yet to post a signup sheet for him) is in the museum. Another PC of mine, Danny Sawyer, is also in the museum, but in a different exhibit.
