Cowboy Bebop has much better lessons than DBZ, no doubt. As for art, you can always watch Kai ,though if you stream it on the internet, DBZ was remastered.

I mentioned the Stanley Parable. Love that game, even though it was super short, that narrator... seriously. You should go on youtube and listen to his DOTA 2 announcer voice. Hes totally a male glados.

Where I live, we were kind of lacking when it came to anime in TV unless you had cable. Don't think I ever caught DBZ from TV.

Didn't find out about Cowboy Bebop until I was 14 or something. Also, everyone should definitely watch it 'cause it's so damn stylish and Steve Blum. I don't care if you don't like anime. Just watch episode 20 and you will understand!

Madoka Magica was pretty good. That's one of the more recent anime's I've seen. Deconstructions are the best.

Also, almost done with the light model. I've just gotta make her mouth not look so derpy and I'll be done I think.

I'm making a 3d model of my char for fun. I'm not 100% on her hair still, but all she has left is her mouth and I'm done with the model, or at the point where I can show people an untextured version.

I don't even know why, the premises of the shows are typically interesting but I'm never really grabbed enough to really enjoy them or look forward to another episode. It might be the art style... it sometimes makes the characters look too flawless if that makes any sense.

There are actually three animes I'd watch though. Pokemon, Yugioh, and Megaman NT Warrior.

Back to the subject of comics, I've heard that Phantom Stranger is going to be a character in the Justice League Dark movie, that would awesome if it turns out to be true

Funnily enough, those are anime I've never gotten into. Well, besides Pokemon. Everyone has a Pokemon phase, I'm pretty sure of it. Yugioh kind of rubs me the wrong way, for some reason...

I tend to have the same problem with most anime, style-wise. Even in Madoka I forced myself to accept the artsies only because it was part of what made the deconstruction impacting, somehow. If you want an anime where the characters don't look all that perfect, you could look into Paranoia Agent. I've never actually watched it, but apparently it's good in a mind-bendy way.

I don't watch much anime these days. Just watched too much at once so I got sick of it. Madoka and Attack on Titan have been the only anime I've watched in 6 or so years. Aside from movies that is. *rambleramble*

Yog, I hope the Justice League Dark movie is in the same continuity as Man of Steel. Be way easier for DC to build a shared universe that way. Of course I'm hoping Doctor Fate and Zatanna would be in it. And I'd want them to be played by more POC actors too, Arabic for Doctor Fate and more Italian for Zatanna.

I'm not sure how'd they fit in Phantom Stranger, since he's almost omnipotent. Probably just do what he usually does by being all cryptic.

Also I posted, Krein and Polyphemus still have villains to deal with though.
