Some of the techniques will have risks if we don't do surgery to assist you. But the surgeries carry no risk when I do them, no.

Alright, let's start with something simple. *I hand you a piece of paper with hand seals on it* Try using those seals and then pouring the chakra into your hand. This technique is called "Chidori" and will generate lightning around your hand with high piercing power.
