Do you all enjoy long posts with description more than short ones in which you get more interaction?
Only in fights. Description in this roleplay, I think, is best used for describing attacks in the clearest manner.

So close! I almost got him.

Just wondering.
@Mammalia
Sven. It is my mission in life to break that armor.

In everything else I can think of, namely conversation, specification < interaction.

I'll give you a hint. Speed. A lot of strong attacks over a long-ish period of time is basically nothing. A lot of strong attacks over a wey short period of time is basically what you have to have. It's a thing where having either-or just won't cut it, but the attacks have to be executed both swiftly and with brute force. I know it's hard, as Sven is my most powerful character by more than a mile. You've got to overcome his speed, abilities, reaction time, endurance, and his plethora of VASE-based maneuvers to get through the armor. Then, even without the armor, he is still quite powerful, being more nimble and a lot more conservative. Take away his armor and you're making a trade: his mind for the suit(s).

I just keep all of my action commands into a single, ultra-complex sentence. =P
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
Interaction is why we're not all authors.
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
Interesting. Do you ever classify your characters? For instance, Techi has the most raw power of all of my characters, Data is the smartest, PD is the most versatile, David is the most prepared, X is the most skilled, etc.

...I say I classify my chars. But they surprise me much that it is pretty hard.

How do they surprise you?
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
Thanks for the tip, I just want to break it because I've never been able to.*
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Definitely. Ridge has the most raw power, Sven has the most flexibility in combat situations, Rythian has the most up his sleeve (I haven't even revealed half of the Hidden Elements even after all this time), Toby has the most defensive capabilities, Vex is the smartest, Sjin is the fastest... I have all kinds of categories.

They do something that they haven't done before and it changes their style. And how they are. They adapt to something that I usually don't think they would.
<Snipped quote by Araby264>
The only characters who have are two of Dark's characters, and that's because Dark used to always severely underestimate the real strength of Sven's tech, and therefore he'd overestimate his characters' ability to just strip it off of him when they pleased.
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
Haha, same. It's pretty fun; maybe we should have an awards ceremony for all of our characters.
<Snipped quote by Spiritblitz>
But you determine how they react. Do the situations make you realize they would react a certain way that you didn't anticipate?
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
And Dark's guys were pretty OP.

When I RP. I just go with the flow. In a sense I try to make it seem like real life to me. I don't expect anything when I RP...except that my chars to live.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Right after we have another tournament! Hehe
I mean, one of them was Gemini, who I believe was confirmed to be roughly even with Sven as far as total combat prowess was concerned and could totally do that, but the other one was well below Sven, and I really didn't have a way to write around it happening in that particular instance.
<Snipped quote by Spiritblitz>
I do the same, unless I allow them to die.
<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
I don't blame you. Dark overestimated the current power when everyone moved to the Guild and toned down from universe busters to planet busters,
