A large portion of the group went to the next Scale after the trigger war and Dark died, while here in this Scale, David crashed and destroyed the Tier System, causing Existence to revert to the previous backup, the Nobility System. It's basically a polyarchy. They'll all between a power range of Second and First.

Since always. Bro, they way outclass almost everyone. They kinda made the Artifacts, you know. Basically, take all the power of the hundred of so Tier Fives, and shove it into about twenty beings. You get the Nobles.
