Hahhahaha it's no problem.
Honestly you have so many characters interacting with other characters I'm surprised it's only my posts you miss on a regular basis.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>
I miss Zaggs too. And blitz's.
<Snipped quote by souleaterfan320>
Good point.

Im just horrible at posting. But yeah, rn I have like over 20 active and not dead characters.

If any of you feel like the conversation hasn't provided any room to advance, please feel free to interject anywhere.
<Snipped quote by Source>
Nah, I feel like there's been room, but Flicker's just kept a quiet ear in on the conversation.
Also can someone avoid being connected/included in the subconscious projection because of their power/constitution?
<Snipped quote by Stabby>
I guess it's a tough question to answer without flat stating what it does. Midnight can't directly manipulate anyone's subconscious or read their minds if that's what you're asking.
<Snipped quote by Source>
Nah, it's just that I feel like both Flicker's main power and constitution would let her avoid such abilities if she chooses.
Main power is called Fracture Field, which lets her manifest, manipulate, and dispel the abilities of the different mental manifestations of who she is that can appear in the field.
And though she's still technically human, she's become an inhabitant of non-dimensional space, where things are represented by self awareness and thought instead of matter.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>
Twilight Zone seems very similar to that kind of space you're referring to, but as more of a hybrid. I'd have to know the mechanics a bit to say for certain, but it's definitely feasible for someone to avoid being affected by the field (it's not combat-oriented anyway).
<Snipped quote by Source>
I could post the kinda longer explanation of the Fracture Field if you need it.
Also are you referencing the twilight zone for the non-dimensional space or the Fracture Field?
<Snipped quote by Stabby>
Nah, I'll learn about it as everyone else does.
Twilight Zone is similar to non-dimensional space, since subconscious elements become physical.
<Snipped quote by Source>
Ah, ok.And it's less that things become physical, but moreso that they're represented by their existence as a thought, concept, or sentient creature, and that they can be perceived because of this. If something can't exist as any of these things, then it will cease to exist in non-dimensional space unless perceived by something that can acknowledge its existence as a one of those three.
Honestly I'm still figuring out how to describe it, but the tl;dr is that unless perceived as existing by a sentient entity that enters non-dimensional space at around the same time, a non-sentient object or entity will cease to exist once no one can observe it from outside of non-dimensional space.
Also there is no concept of "direction" in that void. If you move, you just randomly start appearing in other relatively nearby locations until you stop.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>
Your long explanation was the same length as your short one =P
I think I'm picking up what you're putting down.
<Snipped quote by Source>
Short one had extra info that was necessary to add lol
Coolio.
Fun fact, it's also how she travels, meaning that she's not jumping from one reality to another, but rather sliping in and out of each respective reality's third dimension.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>
Hm, fun. I can see how it would be useful.
