no I was thinking that it would be hard for Virgil to control it since it is not generated naturally, and Virgil's powers have a scientific origin and not a magical one. So it's not stronger he just wouldn't be able to control it or at least have a great amount of difficulty.
I was thinking that if a villain was immune to electricity then Finn's magic spell would have some effect since his lightning is different Static's, and if a villain was immune to magic then his lightning spell would be useless, but Virgil's electricity would still work against the villain since it isn't magical in origin.
