I'm afraid you'll have to a little more specific than godlike. Godlike can mean anything from Super saiyn to recreating the universe you're going to have to give me some set things

well, he actually can pretty much bring out their powers to the maximum they could potentially be, pretty much "evolving" them into having an extremely OP version of their powers, even if it is only for a minute or two.
