I took inspiration from two things. 1) A character my friend made for a book I'm writing. 2)The new Doctor

Well on everyone really, he's setting up a camera in the floor of the girl's rooms and the ceiling of male rooms. He likes knowing everything and the invisible factors. Plus he's a massive perv.
