I have RP'ed with Orion for awhile so I imagine he is still a lock, I'll PM the others and see what they say, if I can get at least 4 to kick it off I will start the OOC.

I will be flying back from NOLA via Chi-town tomorrow though so I will have have some free time to generate more content and start the OOC.

I'd suggest you simply try again later on. Wouldn't be the first time a failed IC succeeds its second time around...
