Yeah I didn't notice Rocket already had one of the heroes oops. and there is one of the reasons my attempts at Gming don't work. I tend to overlook obvious things like that . Anyway I'll take Vilgax and most if not all of the random enemies hired/used by him to destroy the heroes and take their Omnitrix if that;s okay with everyone

Despite all this he does care about his own people and is willing to put his own life on the line and use whatever other means necessary to ensure Vilgaxia's and its people's safety; even if it means begging his enemies for help.

Well, he's only half, so he's not as powerful as a complete Celestialsapien. But, he is still pretty friggin powerful. He has less control of his powers though, because of his human half. Also, one of his conflicting personalities is a bit...um...scared...that personality prefers to hide, and really bugs him during a fight. XD It wants him to use his powers to hide or run instead of for violence, because it's an extreme pacifist. Like, to the point of being a complete wimp. Other than that one, he has pretty good control of his personalities.

Personality Cute, Bubbly and Selfish. Jinx came from another world to the human world to become a popstar. No one knows who she really is.

@Hiki: Looks good, but, uh... if you could give me a rundown of her powers so I know what exactly I'm approving that'd be great XD

Similar to charmcaster she has her "toys" but instead of animalistic clay figures she summons her "security" which are along the same lines of golem creations as her mother. Aside from that she posses other magic spells. One is a light spell that creates flashing lights another is an enchantment on herself that causes her voice to make a loud scream. A particular favorite of hers is that she is able to enchant any dimwitted fan of hers to do her bidding. Has an animation spell that she uses to bring things to life as well. Lastly, similar to Gwen's power she uses mana as a form of attack. EDIT All of her magic comes from her wand, which doubles as mic when she's onstage.

Should I add these to my CS?

Yeah. Those powers look fine, but if you want more complicated spells you should probably run them by a GM before use.

But what's the most weak thing in the universe at it seems? Humans. At least from my perspective. Plus his personality disorder thing seems like it might balance him out.

Also natural characters are fine so says the circle of GMs.

actually, Galvans are physically the weakest, but that's balanced out by their incredible intelligence.
