Bio: Ventus is known to be a strong and silent type, but that doesn't mean he won't be afraid to speak up for himself or others. His emotionless face and calm manner make most of his enemies and even some of his allies nervous, as they never know what he'll do next.
History: Ven will only bring it up if someone shares their past with him or if he wants to reach a common goal with someone. Although, it is worth mentioning that he had taken a liking to the Sylvan and Elven languages at the age of 14, so he is quite fluent in the two.

Not everyone is cable of that. I know I have a hard time with personality and bios. I know what I want but my mind always goes blank when I try to fill out a CS. Plus some people like it have an element of mystery to their character

An element of mystery is established through prose and tone more than anything. How one carries him or herself, for example establishing a certain amount of reticence or a propensity towards jabbering constantly while saying nothing of import, will do more to create mystery than merely withholding information.

I would argue everyone is "capable of that", for not every sheet needs be a masterpiece, a few sentences of tbings you think important help define your ability to roleplay. Sure he may be dark and brooding but maybe it's because he lost a child... this presents the possibility of an arching internal pain when a child runs up to him at the local village. Such things are not burdens, they are tools.

I disagree. I know my characters well. Katherin has been around for years but the only part of her bio I have nailed down is that she is an orphan. Only one of my characters have an extensive backstory and I NEVER put it on the character sheet. Simply because I think doing so defeats the purpose if putting her into an RP.
