Alright, some important stuff:

Ruby was tackled at 40MPH. This would be something like being tackled by a very large greyhound at a full-run. It won't kill, but it'll certainly knock the breath out of you, and would knock you out if you're not careful. I'll say that Friction stopped before any serious damage could be done.

However, Friction should be more careful. No matter what, that IS a forty mile an hour impact. Although neither will have lasting injuries, you'll both be feeling that impact in the morning. If it was much faster, I'd say Friction dislocated her shoulder or something, while Ruby would have bruised or busted an organ. As it is, you'll both have a NASTY bruise in the morning, and wish that the tackle had never happened.

Yeah, I'm hand waving some stuff. Just so everyone can stand on their own two feet after this. Realistically, I'd say you'd both be in the hospital, and that wouldn't be very fun IMO. So you're both (mostly) fine.

Also, I'll be checking out and sending PMs to inactive Heroes. Hoping everything is good on that front.

Friction's pissed off at all the condescension and insults.
It's why her attack was brutal but I will say not as brutal as a thrown knife that flies through the air with zero drag.

Don't use hokey armour. Use some sort of custom armour from a comic book or something. Hardly any real armour is made for someone so heavy chested.

So where exactly is everyone? All of the hero's are grouped together me and tater are in a roof top stairwell. The mercs seem scattered and just about everywhere. Leaving a handful of people for the arc which I doubt will take longer than a couple of weeks.

Damn, I'm not sure how to proceed now.
I've set up a post describing Kate's plan to get to Caro, but now someone else is attacking, I'm not quite sure what to do.
I don't like to randomly, and by mere coincidence, let my character show up. That's kinda bad writing. And she's not the type to just go without a plan.

Maybe if Caro survives the attack, I can let my character return to the rp.
