KabenSaal, you still have both professional army and Outdated army. I have said that that is not allowed please change this. Also you can't have landlubbers twice...it is a trait that affects both airships and naval ships and can only be had once. Until these problems are rectified I wont be rolling for your nation.

Part of me thinks taking over a land with a disgruntled and rebellious population might not be worth the resources.

I mean, just think of all the mittens you'll need to pack to invade it to begin with!

Gowia, what is the tech period? I thought we were still 1700's with some steampunk in, given that we were just entering colonialism. Some people are using rifles from the later 1800's. I thought the idea was for tech to advance as we go along, not start at the end of colonialism.

Or maybe they revolt against you the moment you give them what they want. That's why you just vassalize them.

Considering there hasn't been a single new world discovered, that makes a second stage hard doesn't it...?

The intro says we've been fighting over this land, not having found another, and that mystery surrounds it. Sounds early colonialism, tbh. That would mean we're entering the industrial revolution and just beginning colonialism, so not the late 1800's tech we're seeing.
