The Visionary watched with cold, metallic eyes as the Meta, subconsciously reverted to her human form, was brought into the specialized prison chamber. She was chained by hands and feet to a metal catwalk. A series of air ducts and ventilation systems, without any cracks in them with which to escape, weaves about the whole of the chamber. If she tried changing at all, the doors in and out would lock with an airtight seal and the ducts will act as a vacuum, sucking her inside, disorienting her until she was rendered too unbalanced to move. She would be re-chained and the security system would reset, ad infinitum until she died with the rest of the vigilantes and criminals of Gotham. But first he wanted her to know why- he wanted everyone to know why. He wanted people to see him as a man made justified, and he felt it was only fair. He activated a simple projection- not a hologram, but simply a projection like in a theater, and spoke when she regained consciousness."Hello. I am The Visionary.
