Tara scowled at the man, ignoring his cocky attitude. She didn't want to say a word to this man. Soon, out of no where, someone crashed through the roof. What took place was a series of the oddest things she'd ever seen. But soon the random boy was down and her captor faced her. "What the hell are you even TALKING about!? I haven't even done anything! I was just minding my own business and your eyeballs lost their shit and attacked me!" Tara snarled.

Waiting outside the most infamous high-rise in Gotham. Someone should be coming down by elevator shortly, and someone should be crashing in by some nonsensical means shortly. Considering the remnants of his army, all his Watchkeepers, and his secret weapon were all gathered in one place, it was making to be a very messy stand-off. Hood up, cloak drawn over him, eyes active, everybody ready. They would use overwhelming force and wipe out everyone who has made themselves menaces, he would then lead them to a mass-execution of all scum in Gotham, and then he would sit on his judicial throne, the new, strict, hard-line ruler of Gotham that the city deserved. Or if he failed that day, word would get sent to his true master, Bishop. THE Bishop. The boy Teo was wrong. He was no Templar, he was just a man tired of the super heroics destroying the city, but The Bishop definitely was one. He had the Knights, he had the religious frenzy, he had the magical powers... And he'd begin his own cleansing if he ever learned that The Visionary had fallen, and The Visionary told him the location of the Phase 3 device, if he needed it. Even in potential death, he would not fail.

He anticipated how the Teo kid would first act. He'd get out of his balloon or train or giant duck, make either a Clint Eastwood impression or a Scarface impression, then make a silly face and shoot at him directly with his plasma cannons, set likely to "Gatling Gun". For someone so wacky random, it was becoming rather easy to guess what he would most likely do. And either way, it wouldn't work. Not anymore. Now that the secret weapon was here. It may contradict everything he ever believed in, but desperate times...

Louis was heading down the elevator when he could feel something bad about to happen and stopped the elevator,He looked around for a moment opening the hatch on top and jumped up so he was on top of the elevator and was now opening the door of the elevator shaft to the floor above.Once he got out of the elevator shaft he slowly walked though the armed men and now he can escape and wondered if the other man would be okay.

Teo crashed in with his van,doing the classic horn sound,he then he came thru the sun roof ,holding a baseball bat,crashed it thru one of the watchmens heads and yelled:

Every single person and Eye begin shooting at Teo, heading toward him, unleashing all the power the Visionary's army had to offer. Unaffected and absolutely entaged by the idiotic display, the Visionary runs toward Teo until he was in point-blank range, lifts his hand and fires an intense beam of energy more powerful than his bionic eyes and his eye drones directly at Teo's chest. After that he moves his hand towards the stereo that somehow appeared during Teo's little dance number, frying it to nothing but ash. "Enough of your games, 'Cuban Pete'. This isn't a game, this isn't a joke. It's a massacre, and you're going to be just another body to add to the pile."

The Visionary removes his cloak, revealing his secret weapon- a metallic exoskeleton covering almost the entire body with a number of lasers on it, shaped like pupils in the center of 2D eyes. The entire suit glowed with white-hot energy. "I'm done playing games kid. I brought myself to the abyss to do it, and you seem to be some invincible obstacle that's in my way. But you know what? You can't use those gauntlets of yours if I fry your arms off." With that, he propelled himself forward with energy beams from his feet, rocketing towards the kid, punching him in the face with his own titanium gauntlet. "Enough cartoon antics. Enough fooling around. A fight to the death. A fight you will lose. WATCHKEEPERS. INTO THE BUILDING. THIS KID IS MINE."

The Visionary, hit by the hammer square in the face, flew back several paces, pain and a horrible, agonizing sound ringing in his ears from the vibrations of the helmet he was wearing, but somehow ended up landing on his feet just before crashing into the high-rise. Moments later, fueled by an unnatural anger towards the insolent hero, blindly seething at the kid, he was flying towards him again, but instead of firing a laser at him or punching him, he dove over him and landed, feet-first, on top of Teo's head. "Why... won't... you... just... die!?" The second Teo tried making a move, he would activate the lasers attached to his feet and send energy beams right through his skull. "This is over! You can't win! No matter how many cartoon antics you try to pull, no matter how many times you laugh off mortal wounds, you still cannot win out in the end. Just give up and die!"

The Visionary, after blinking for a moment, roars in anger, and rockets once more towards the kid, powering his metal exoskeleton with energy before sending a massive volley of punches at Teo, faster than what would be humanly possible, threatening to strain his joints inside the metal exoskeleton to the breaking point. If The Visionary continued any longer, trying to attack him with anything besides the beams, his body would be rendered too badly damaged and broken to leave the suit for quite some time. But it didn't matter anymore.

The Visionary, using one hand, rips the EMP off before it can detonate- the raw power of it electrocuting him and scorching the flesh of his hand beneath the gauntlet, but he throws it off in time before it can do any serious damage. The Visionary's huffing now. "How?! How are you so impossible to kill!?" He looks around, spots Teo, and raises a hand towards him. "Die." A small ball of energy, about the size of a shotgun pellet, fires in his general direction, and blows up the street in a fifteen-foot radius until nothing but a crater remains. His power starts draining in the suit, and if he did that maybe four more times, the suit would power down completely.

Out of the smoke of the crater,a brused winged sillohete with glowing blur bat wings comes out if the smoke

He then does a 50 foot drop with the hammer aimed at TV
