Personality: Michael O'Cule is mentally unhinged, speaks in eerily poetic phrases and believes in absolute moral righteousness in which all people are forced to obey his idea of law. He does not tolerate other supervillains and he does not tolerate vigilantes due to his extremist beliefs, which alienates him from all others. He believes that he is the lawmaker, and not the follower of said laws, although he "tries to uphold these practices". Otherwise, he's very extreme, believing that all transgressions, no matter how small or minor and no matter what reason, should be punished by the absolute destruction of the transgressor and everything involved.
History: Michael O'Cule was once a corrupt high-ranking police official who frequently undermined the work of his fellow officers while on the take from various crime families, and sometimes doing some of their work for them himself when it came to matters inside the police department. However, he was uncovered and, in a hasty attempt to make himself look good, began prosecuting those same crime families. One particularly violent and very influential crime family set off a bomb in his home, with his family and himself inside. He was completely burnt, and while most of his body made at least partial recoveries, his eyes were destroyed in the process. The sensory deprivation and the grief over what happened led to him at first attempting to be a vigilante and destroying the crime family, getting the aid of relatives of his who were engineers. He did, but by that time his grief became madness, and he began to see everyone as just as potentially deadly as that crime family was, and in order to stop such tragedies from happening he must stop all crime- and in order to do that, he's enlisted people siding with his insane cause, created eye-based gadgets that work in place of his missing eyes, and he plots the downfall of the Gotham Police Department so he and his enforcers can be the only source of justice in the city.

As she grew, Isla, the women that raised her, taught her in the way of love magick. She knew how to hypnotize and make love potions that actually worked. Once Isla died, Ziri turned cold and used her knowledge for mischief instead of happiness.

Personality: A thorough extrovert, Miguel is an all-around fun person to be around. Always sure in his abilities, Miguel often straddles the thin and dangerous line between confidence and bravado. That being said, he is a good person, even if that's not readily apparent.
History: Born to an immigrant family from Mexico, Miguel is no stranger to either poverty or racism. Growing up impoverished, Miguel wanted to do anything he could to prove everyone who had simply assumed he was worthless wrong. Working hard in high school, taking college classes along with the core material, he was able to finish half of the required university material. After two years of college, he graduated with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree. Because of that, he was able to join the police force at age 20, a full year behind the normally required age of 21. That being said, he's still a junior member of the force, meaning that most of his work is paperwork, and on the occasions where he is "making the beat", it's with a senior member of the force, Officer Kilpatrick.

Personality: Serious when the moment calls for it, but will joke with villains when live are not at steak.
History: He was just a bum for all he knows. What he doesn't know is that he was the child of a metahuman partnership, but his parents died protecting him from a villain group, he was given to his god father, whom was police commissioner in Metropolis. The commissioner had then given Axle to a homeless shelter in Gotham the protect him from the dangers of Super-Villains
Other: (I suppose I'll put physical description and powers here)

Physical description: Axle has silver hair that sweeps to the front, Blue eyes, when he's Bone he wears nothing but pants, but when normal he wears dirty street clothes.

Ability: Axle has inpierceable and bone claws that form whenever he wants, coupled with inhuman strength (that allows him to scale buildings) and inhuman endurance (that allows him to fall/jump off buildings and survive) he is a Hero, his parents would be proud.

Also he stinks because he eats trash and doesn't shower.

Personality: A quite person only speaking rarely and only speaks when needed to be.He is quick on his feet physically and mentally.He keeps a calmed mind and is cool as a cucumber when he is in a tight spot.

History: Louis was born in the slums of Old Gotham with his 3 brothers him being the oldest of the siblings.But unlike his siblings he was the most demand and intelligent working hard in school getting him out of the slum,When he was a teenager he was one of the best students in his class leading him to a grant with his high school for biology,Louis later entered Gotham University for biology studying under Professor Gaiman.

After he graduated form collage he then working for Lex Corp under the Science department with his collage professor Gaiman,They worked wonderfully well together but Gaiman grew more jealous of the successful then himself,The older doctor planned a coup on Louis by hiring Falcone men to bomb his families house and murder his girlfriend.While Louis was away working the plan was set into motion when Falcone's men set the bomb that exploded killing two of his brothers and parents leaving only his seven year old brother named James.Along with the murder of his girlfriend who was shot in the head with a pistol.

With the death of his loved ones and his youngest brother heavily injured the young man filled with rage began training himself for the fight against Falcone and Gaiman,Gaiman had started to work with Falcone as protection and to help them with extorting money form the collage for them.Louis now searching for Gaiman by killing Falcone's men trying to get information out of them to find Gaiman.
