I'm just gonna incapacitate you, and you can by all means break her out and reveal you were never locked up or indisposed or whatever and you just wanted to find out my ultimate plan. But please, let the villain monologue. It's a villain's inaliable right to do so.

Appearance: 5'11, very fit, lean body. His super hero suit is black and covers him head to toe. On the back reads "ANTI" in big, red letters. He has a vest underneath to resist bullets. When his hero suit is off, you see he has short black hair, light blue eyes, and a fairly average face though his expressions hints at his insanity.
Alias: ANTI
Age: Believed to be in his mid to late 20s
Gender: Male
Vigilante or Villain? Vigilante
Type: Metahuman
Personality: Cheerful, sadistic, mildly insane, hedonistic, and though he leans more towards the definition of a "good guy," he moral character is more often than not questionable.
History: Little is known about this urban legend. Some say he is just a fairy tale bad guys tell their kids at night "Rat on pop, and ANTI will get ya." He is no legend in Gotha, of course, as it seems he recently came here from the midwest, given that this is where he is spoken of and feared the most. Others say he has been here for a while...watching...
Of course, it is also entirely possible that he is just like any other super human, manged to master stealth and get his hands on a high powered sniper rifle, and came to Gotham to serve his own brand of justice in this crime ridden city.
Other: Powers include super strength, higher speed than a normal person (though no match for The Flash in that department) incredibly strong bones, and the ability to turn invisible. As far as equipment, he has a Barrett .50 sniper rifle and a pair of nunchucks. He black belt level knowledge of kung fu and krav maga.

Army of robot eyeballs attacking the city is a main thing, but mostly being impeded by a nigh invincible superhero, and Black Mask, Carmine Falcone, and the entirety of Falcone's family were killed off by, respectively, Bullet, Soufflé, and Visionary. Other things are also happening but that's the highly abridged version as of now.

Well, there is a fight happening right outside the building you're at, and a bunch of cult-ish anti-everything thugs are heading into that very building. *shrug* Sorry for not, ah, giving forewarning. You can fight them or just leave them be, but the fight at the ground floor is pretty much becoming a "What the hell is going on, these two are literally one step away from being too OP for this RP" brawl, so it might be best to leave that fight alone. Or you could, either by your character's own choice or not- after all, you more or less killed the same person The Visionary wanted to kill for almost the exact same reason (a mad bomber working out of Falcone's pocket blew him and his family to smithereens), and even though TV should just be happy the crime boss Falcone is dead, he ain't, so either way it's your choice.

Also, ah, Teo, I need to ask how your character can activate so much cartoon logic without even looking drained, how he can shake off any attacks like it was lightning striking rubber (heh, One Piece reference). I mean, we're both reaching near-OP levels here, so I'm just asking how he can be so unkillable. Even Bugs Bunny, the most infallibly clever cartoon character in all of cartoon-dom, got hurt more often than not. I mean, it's fine if Teo gives a badass response about how "no matter what he tries, no matter how many gadgets [The Visionary] sends out, he can't stop good people from doing acts of justice, and he can't stop justice from coming for [The Visionary]," and such stuff, but otherwise I just don't get it.

History: He was born in a rich family and at a young age was showing signs of being a psychopath,At the age of 15 he was sent to Juvenal hall where he sent 3 years there and was alot of trouble where he was let out for good behavior when he was around 17.Once he got out he was sent to Gotham where he became a Photographer and a serial killer targeting mostly young men and older women.

Other: Powers include morphing into other people,Finally can grow grow bone like blades on his body.He is also triple jointed so he can contort his body and is a good at escaping restricts.
