Well, it's certainly good that some of you are still around. Keeping busy with Minecraft, Readings, Side-projects or Games really does setup a huge time-sync as do documentaries and TV Series. I think that keeping a modest base for informational references helps as far as inspiration's concerned.
Personally, I've been gaming here and there, but I've put my focus on TV series set in the Renaissance like The Virgin Queen, The Musketeers, and the Borgias. Films wise, Anonymous is an intriguing film as is the documentary, "The Medici - Godfathers of the Renaissance". Highly recommended for re-envisioning a cinematic feel of the Renaissance, its subsequent surroundings, and noticeable environments.
There are too many readings and films to go about these days and opportunities for creative outlets so it's a small wonder that we all haven't already set our keyboards ablaze with story material.
