Interested, in fact, this will be my debut back into the Guild. I will get started on making a clan. Just so I understand correctly, the OC clans can be apart of any village they want to?

Yes but the clans dint have its original history as this is a different world, I did thought about a few original clans to add and some might be bit different or get rules to prevebt op.
but you can use an original one.
one of the biggest rhat people can add (but I wont) that get a rule is the uchiha xd
you guys also gat the freedom ti change a original clan, just give a notice on it ^^

I have been thinking of a lot of dual element and secret element clans, including that scourge.
Do not that I will keep making up new names since I fibd it more fitting with a new world to have different family names then the original world

also have a beast type clan and 2 time type clans in mind

I pside of getting the runs I can do some work here

going to add the clans now, also add a new section to the blank clan sheet, something like a req (requirement) and a chakra header.
the req will list what kind of requirements are needed for the clan to use their secret tricks, jutsus and so on, such as a dual element user like ice would require water chakra and wind.
the chakra header will list the charka's found in the clan, the dual ell's will be clear but a clan like uchiha that always possess fire chakra..., its not listed in their natural abilities and its not required but its part of them so...

I also plan to add a poison user clan who always have water and wind chakra for example.

well its not much, but I added a lot of dual element clans and 3 others.
have a few more but also think some powers might be nice for biijus so I have to think a bit more
also I only listed the abilitie name, a few with explanation (as most are self explained), the reqs and general chakra elements

-Bloodline or Hidden::: 1 the first ability that requires the requirement of having a Wolf or canine leading you chakra is the Ferarurirīsu or Feral release. it turned the user into a werewolf each werewolf is definite depending on the dog lending you chakra Unlike transformation techniques you actually gain the ability of a canine while in this form. while also being more durable. however if the canine runs out of chakra you will return to normal

guess I have to wing it for a while and build it up as we go based on the missions and crap...

also I am going to add one thing again to the clan list:
-Bloodline or Hidden: (meaning if the ability is a hidden/ secret clan justu type or if its a bloodline limit abilitie)
