Since we are complete with 2 teams, Knight will start on the IC now. Doesn't mean we will stop recruiting so if anyone reading this thinks they want in, feel free. We already have someone that can get a jonin (which from it's concept sounds really awesome and original) so definetely join if you are into naruto.

Probably IC will be up tomorrow at the latest, but maybe earlier.

So far it's looking pretty good. A good group and so far a pretty good set of characters. We can even juggle the teams around a bit if there's issues or just to change the rp a bit if the teams get stale. Just for interesting situations to rise.

I think that Shinka was put in the funniest team he could be put in; all girls. Since girls (that he's not in a life an death battle against) make him nervous

Believe it or not, I actually debated whether or not to make an all boys-all girls set of teams. Decided against it for obvious reasons, and then re-read your history briefly and went for this setup cause I thought it'd be funny.

Genin are free to post about their daily lives, but not about meeting their team leaders. Perhaps some light training or grocery shopping for their parents is in order? Jonin should go meet with the kage.

Oh and one thing before I post; since I gave up Lighting as a chakra affinity, I lost one of my D rank jutsus. Could I change Storm Pool Jutsu to a D rank and add in a C rank that lets Shinka coat objects in Storm Chakra?

How would coating something in storm chakra work, considering it's practically ''lazer beams'' as far as I coul read from the wiki?

That aside, my idea is this; Shinka first applies a layer of his chakra to whatever he wants to coat. The Storm chakra would then 'stick' to the normal chakra layer (which is also doubling as protection against the Storm chakra.)

While half of the cannon Storm Release Jutsus (read; one) indeed looks like a laser, I personally think that's just it; that it looks like a laser. The wiki describes it as 'electricity which flow like water' which is what I'm basing all of my Storm jutsu on. So my thought is that if electricity could be focused into a stream, like water, it would look like a laser beam. At least that's what I think

Fair enough. My only quarrel with this is that seemingly body covering techniques are.. relatively high level techniques for a genin. I don't remember seeing any genin with those types of techniques?

How about we comprise then and make it B rank, but have it still in the developmental stages (ie not combat ready) at the start of the RP
