I'd keep your Cs Quatro, work on little parts too, I know someone else is joining so you won't be alone, plus we can actually still socialize with your character. You don't have to be in the squad to bring them in, but as Partisan said, it can be boring training by yourself.

Not neccesary as I know that Knight's working on a genin too. Yukigakure has no police force as naturally the shinobi would act as such in a small village in my eyes.

Born in the land of whirlpools, to the biggest clan of the country, the Uzumaki. Sabo had already as a child shown great potential with sealing techniques and chakra control, but less so with ninjutsu and taijutsu. He sat inside studying while his fellow children where outside training. He was taught the basics for medical ninjutsu when it became obvious that the kid wasn't going to be much of a warrior and more of a scribe.

But Sabo turned out to be an excellent medical ninja, he learned very quickly, amazing all of his teachers. He was, as a genin, at the age of 9 sent out on a mission with his teammates. A mission to the snow country, the mission was compromised and Sabo was separated from his team, he hid in a cave up in the mountains to escape the snow storm outside.

The cave collapsed from the inside, focing Sabo out of the cave he was hiding in, into the snowstorm, where he almost froze to death. But he was found, and saved by another shinobi, another Uzumaki, he called himself Kishin. Kishin took care of Sabo for the coming weeks and they grew close, like brothers. Kishin told Sabo about his special technique, a technique that made him the fastest man alive.

The Flying Thunder God Jutsu. Kishi told Sabo that it had taken him 30 years to master the technique, and that it was something you would have to devout your entire life to, but he saw Sabo's promise with sealing techniques, and when Sabo asked Kishi to teach him the technique, Kishi agreed. What followed was two years of Sabo training very hard with Kishi, both with his medical jutsu, his taijutsu but most of all his sealing techniques.

At eleven, he came back to the whirlpool village, his family certain he had died during his last mission, but that wasn't the case. The Sabo that came back was different from the one that left, he was much less self conscious now, he felt a lot stronger and smarter now, more certain in himself and his abilities.

At the time he was 17. he was a jounin in the Whirlpool Village, but that was when the country was attacked, and destroyed, Sabo tried his hardest to save as many lives as possible and during the fighting he saved countless lives, but it wasn't enough. His home was still gone.

He roamed for about a year, until he went back towards the land where his life had forever changed. The land of snow. He first started as a civilian, but during a bandit raid on the outskirt camp that he lived in, he assisted a squad of shinobi of Yukigakure, and they saw his strength and brought him to the kage, whom let Sabo prove himself as a shinobi.

Sabo was given a Special Chunnin rank due to his medical skills and over the course of a couple of years he earned his rank as a Jounin and team leader again. Both enemies and allies gave him the epithet “The Swift Surgeon”, the fastest medic in the world.

Uzumaki Vitality: Sabo holds incredible vitality and life force, allowing him to survive in situations others might not and strain his body further than normal people could.

Space Time Ninjutsu:
Sabo is a very capable user of Space Time Ninjutsu and has trained his entire life to master the art. Yet, he still has limits. He can only teleport to preset marks, I.E, not Kunais. He can teleport to one of these seals at a maximal distance of 3 Kilometers, 3,000 meters. His Thunder God Kunais are special, though, and he can pretty much teleport infinitely far to one of them, but he has to keep focusing on that kunai for it's entire duration of travel, if he loses his concentration of the kunai for even one second, the seal's useless. He requires a 3 minute “cooldown” in between each time he jumps due to the strain FTG puts on his body, and is as such generally weaker after using the FTG than before using it.

Description:
The user's palm begins glowing, as if the user is going to use the chakra scalpel. Instead, however, the user attacks with a palm-attack, directed at the enemy's chest. If the strike hits, the user get's shocked with a dose of chakra that will numb their body for a second, as well as be marked with a seal of the user's choice. In Sabo's case, it's usually the Flying Thunder God Seal. The Technique is very complex, and the seal wears off after a couple of days, as opposed to skin Thunder God seals, that never vanish.

Known history and secrets: When he was young his was either abandoned or orphaned no one really knows or understands why or how. A rouge ninja came across him at a very young age a taught him about ninjutsu as the rouge could see that the kid was unsually gifted for jutsu and that he learned quickly. The rouge ninja hoped to create a weapon in the form of this child so he abused his power a forced the kid to do all the stuff he didnt want to do round the house, and when he refused he was beaten within an inch of his life. Then one day the rouge left, he waited three days for him to return when he didnt he left. Some how he managed to survive the journy at the age of ten years old he came upon the village Yukigakure, because he was left out in the open for so long he became quite a solitary person preferring to help animals and to generally be around them. People were suspicious of him at first but soon realised that he was homeless. The hokage thinks that he has suppressed memories. He was taken in by a sweet ninja couple, he stayed with them till he was 18 the he left living in his own flat.

The ninja couple taught him everything he knows. His foster parents thought he was a strange child because he wouldn't willingly play with others of his own age and he never seemed to show his anger externally. He would always be reading an researching different Justus, and the types of Kekkei Genkai. When people get to know him they will soon realise that he sometimes shows his emotions through his eyes
