Avatar won't update?

I'm trying to upload an avatar. When I upload it, it says "Avatar updated." yet it isn't updated. ( It's the same. ) I'm pretty sure the avatar is question fits the size requirements. What should I do to fix this?

Noting, this is a well known glitch, just give it time and know it will show up. It can take a bit.
