I would have to ask why, considering that they're in certain senses the very opposite of each other?

While not honorable like Tensai, Lupus is a down and dirty fighter, doing things that Tensai probably wouldn't do in a fight. They are also excellent hand to hand combatants, and with the both of them fighting as humans, and not one as a weapon, it could be difficult for their enemy to decide what move to make so that they don't leave an open spot for their the duo. The enemy will be put in a hard spot like this.

You can't be so focused on the battle aspect, though. Personalities aught to synergize, not clash. I mean, I'm sure they can swing it, but...

Also, since Elyse plays the violin, her instrument would probably be a violin.

Oh, and since we have a newcomer, NoBrain, there will be more options for partners. So, really, Tensai and Lupus don't have to be partners. You two could just wait until you know all of your options.

Then again, we'd need one more person to join to make it even.

EDIT: I think Karin and Dante would be a good pair because Dante's happy attitude would benefit Karin.

Uh... oh, shit. I forgot to put Soul Perception to Regan's Skills. It's a weird form of Soul Perception. She doesn't see it, she /hears/ it.

My favorite part? Regan's bass (which may just be me projecting my desire to play bass?), which makes for the awesome combo DRUMS AND BASS! Yesssssssss

Not that electronic stuff, either. Acoustic drums and bass is great.
