Right now I'm working on a Naruto OOC.
That should be up by tonight or tomorrow.

Digimon is pretty much worked out in my head.
I just need to put it into words.
That will be by tomorrow or the day after.

Megaman is a bit tougher. I'm still thinking I like my idea and it'll work.
Also those of you who don't know Battle Network and Starforce...
While gameplay mechanics may differ, RP wise it wouldn't be very hard to learn and understand.
RPing the scenarios would be fairly easy if you're willing to try.
This'll probably take a few days to a week to properly think over and flesh out for you guys.

I happen to more more about that world and the Star Force world than the original and X series.

I don´t know if it´ll help but in the Megaman NT Warrior cartoon, they apparently already used something similar to EM Wave Change, namely Cross Fusion

Yes i do remember that one.
Personally, I liked it, but I feel the EM Wave Change works a little better, has stronger world wide usage, and there's the fact that they could easily interact with non program things like cars and stuff, by switching their frequency, or whatever it is they did XD

Thanks though. That could also tie into the scientists study of the EM Wave Change later on in the story.

I don't see any personally, at least in casual. I dunno about free :P.

I am not currently in the mood to try one piece again. Lol I have attempted multiple times xD
Now the megaman is currently in production by me along with Digimon. Both are just taking a bit longer than expected.
