Background
The nation of Tamshire, governed by Lord Verys of Tamshire, seemed friendly enough at first glance; but search deeper and you may not like the atrocities that you bear witness too. In the beginning of the nation's troubles, everyone blamed the dirsturbances on gangs and local thugs. However, the random maulings and kidnappings were not the work of these scoundrels.
Rather these murderous deeds were the doing of monsters, also known as Seekers. No one was willing to accept the fact that these monsters were real, but when the people saw that this threat was real; they panicked and built an underground bunker. The inhabitants of Tamshire went about their daily bussiness as usual by day, But at night they seal themselves inside this vault for protection.
The monsters were starving and desperate to get their hands on fresh humans, So their lord, known only as The Baron, launched several unsucessful attacks on the bunker. He was getting desperate as well. He watched the civilians by day from a small yet luxurious vacation home on the outskirts of the nation, hoping he could feed on one of the humans.
Then, he planned to employ the services of a sect of hunters known as The Oblivion (Warlocks). They were the hunters of humans, but were mortal themselves. They generally used dark magic and axes to defeat their enemies. Like the monsters called for aid, the humans looked toward their only help: a group of hunters that traveled through their dreary town. It was said that they had state-of-the-art weaponry and could use light magic against the monsters and The Oblivion.
These men and women were known as The Crusaders of Altruism (Angels). They were interested in the common good and helped their fellow man. A war was soon started and the battles were unwon. Millions died and thousands were injured. Soon, even the magic users were fighting together against the humans and the Seekers. A Nation War
Soon, a peace treaty was created.
With this new treaty, more and more generations became less fearful. That is, until the lords died and handed the thrones to their sons. Lord Garedis for Tamshire; Lord Harnos for Seekers; Lord Valit for light; and Lord Tynih for dark. These new lords were unmarried and displeased with the treaty. They didn't see how the treaty was calling for peace and wanted more. Yet again, a war began.
This time, it was the Seekers vs. light magic and the humans vs. dark magic. Two different wars for one reason. They, too, came to the peaceful decision of revising the treaty.
Plot
These new laws have stayed this way for forty years. It is now 3019, and the day of choosing the virgins, also called Purity Harvest, has come. Now, instead of a line of virgins, it is a ball. A ball where only pure men and women were to enjoy their time amoung the sons and daughters of the Lords, or the Dutches/ Dutchesses. They are to choose their new bride or groom before midnight.
The problem? There is still tension between the grudge-holding nations; so this one night is the only night these nations come face to face. Only the Dutches and Dutchesses know eachother, so not to pick them by accident. The only way these civilians have no clue of the identity of these children is because these children have been seperated from them.
These virginized souls have no clue who they are dancing with. The question is what will you do?
The Nations
Light- This nation is full of half Angels (meaning they do not have wings and are not fully angels). The nation is the purest of them all and very innocent. Though innocent, they are not to be taken lightly. They are strong and very good with technology. The Dutches and Dutchesses of this nation would be very kind and innocent, yet smart and strong. The flaw to this nation is they only fight back when blood is drawn on an innocent.
Dark- this nation is the half Warlock/ Witches nation. They are the nation that is very cocky and perverted, but to a certain point. They aren't all talk, though. They are also strong, but good at weaponry. The Dutches and Dutchesses of this nation would be cocky and conceited, added to their flirtacious behaviour. The flaw: they get in more trouble than is worth.
Seekers- they are the monsters. They have vampires, werewolves, demons, etc. they are a vengful and very perverted nation. They are stubborn and prideful. Their strength is brute force. The Dutches and Dutchesses of this kingdom will be forceful, perverted, and above all prideful. Their flaw is that they can not kill a thing unless angered to the point of changing (vampires' teeth sharpen, werewolves shift, demons shift).
Tamshire- this is the human nation. They are some-what reserved and fearful, yet feirce and defiant. Their strength is manipulation and survival strategies. The Dutches and Dutchesses of this nation can be very defiant, yet kind and caring. Their flaw is that they are human, so they can be easily killed.

Soon, a peace treaty was created.
New Laws in the Treaty said
Men of Hunger, Life, and Magic; we have come to a crossroads in which we must make a decision for the greater good of our people. As of today, our people have come to a conclussion to satisfy our needs and still have normalcy in our world. The humans, starting today, are to be in their homes by nightfall, or they are at the mercy of the Seekers. In exchange, Lord Baron must protect the humans from rogues or law-breakers. Magic users are to be their own nation of the same build as Lord Baron and Lord Verys has. Yet, dark magic and light magic was to be separated into two sections of the nation. The humans of Tamshire are to take down the underground bunker and to use protection spells on their homes, so no one is tempted to break these new laws. The new Lords, Lord Xenin and Lord Caresis are to take the throne for the dark and light magicks.
Added Laws said
The separation of the two, Light and Dark, have become two different nations as of now. In turn, the light and dark must have their Lord's children be married first.
The Lords have agreed to send one virgin for each nation, whether it be a maid or a rich female; a slave or a rich male, to be chosen and wed to the corresponding nations. In turn, each Lord is to bare 3 sons or daughters.
If the virgin from the other nations have lied of their purity, the nation whom sent the virgin must kill him/her in front of everyone. If the virgin does not say "I do", they must be killed on the spot.
