I just checked the PMs. We agreed to battle, then afterwords Jake would talk to Hiro about a special system and Hiro would make it.

I don't want to sound like a jerk... I just don't think that it would be a tie if it was Jake and Blade's first time seeing the program (Which under any normal circumstances would cause a bit a shock and be a bit harder to deal with) and Xero had a fairly clear advantage in programming.
