I'm somewhat interested in this RP. I want to bring back a charry that I LOVED from an old RP that died... but she would only fit if the other family head isn't a push-over vamp. If the other family head is cool with vampires drinking from humans (as they should, because they are monsters after all :p) and also sending my charry out on supernatural assassination missions. :D

Well Mira isn't a push over, though she doesn't like her vamps drinking from humans. xD You can leave the "family" section blank, though, until the second head's sheet is posted.

Not to post your sheet. I would just recommend leaving the "family" section blank until that sheet is posted. McHaggis will be creating the other family head. But hey, if you really like Mira for whatever reason, go ahead and choose that. xD

He can't be Spanish if Spain didn't exist when he was born, lol. It just doesn't work like that. That would be like my older vampire being American even though the New World wasn't even discovered at that point. It's okay that he embraces the Spanish culture, but he can't be Spanish. At his age, he's beyond things like nationality and I think that's pretty cool.

When you adapt a character to a RP, you need to match the RP. Not force the character in like a hot dog to a keyhole. So, no, you don't "need" the weapons.

So yeah, I think you need to drop both the extra weapons and the pyrokinesis. He should be weak to fire like he's weak to the sun, anyway. He's strong enough without any extra powers due to his age so everything else is just kinda redundant, y'know? It's overkill, like killing a fly with a flamethrower. However, I'll leave the final decision up to Theodora.

I like the cane with a hidden blade, with or without poisons. The claw seems excessive, though, especially when his own nails/claws could probably cut through flesh just as easily, haha. But I'll leave that up to you.

Yeah, that works for his Spanish-stuff. The accent is fine.

NAME: Alistair Blackmoore
AGE: 688 (or so), appears in his early twenties.

BIO:
Alistair remembers very little of his human past, being so close to death and almost delirious when he was turned. He was born in a medium-sized port town on the coast of Scotland and his mother was very poorly with a cocktail of disease and poverty when she had him. Nevertheless, she continued working in the brothel – holding on until her son was independent enough to find work and shelter of her own until her untimely death when he was ten years old. Without a father or any guiding figure in his life, he resorted to theft and looting to survive with a band of other misfits, most of whom had a home to return to at the end of the day.

When the Black Death rolled around, arriving in the town via ships and trade routes, the whole area was ravaged and the poorest fell first. Alistair was twenty when he was struck down by the virulent bubonic plague. Just before his inevitable death, he was inexplicably turned by his sire. The vampire was the acting chieftain of Clan Blackmoore, at least those who sought to restore a barbaric way of life in the country. His duty as a young fledgeling was to combat enemy vampires on the moors when there was no blood around to drink and no shelter from sunlight.

While starving in the moors, the leadership stubbornly refused to let anyone flee in fear of their lives. Alistair had just enough charisma and relation to the by then deceased chieftain that he attracted a small following. These vampires he led to safety, fighting through his own brothers and sisters alike. Since then, he has had a distaste for war as a whole; however, that doesn't mean he isn't good at it.

From the late 1600s to the 1730s, Alistair spent his time travelling the world in something of a 'mid-life crisis', leaving his country in what he considered to be the capable hands of his Council in order to seek out talented and interesting folk to claim under his family name. When in the Carribbean, he found and turned Maria - mostly for her unique toughness for a women of the era - who is one of his most trusted companions, despite not being on the Council herself. His exploration of the world was cut short by the tumultuous political climate in his home country around 1730 and he was forced to return. He acquired a reputation as “the smiling tyrant” at the end of the Jacobite rebellions during which other vampires attempted to stage a coup to overthrow him. He had his faithful relentlessly weed out the upstarts and execute them publicly along with their families and anyone associated with them.

On the verge of being found out in the 1800s, he and those closest to him moved to New York City as it would be easier to blend in while drinking human blood there.

PERSONALITY:
Charismatic, humorous and ever-friendly, Alistair has ruled for so long by being nice to those he likes – those that follow the rules – and ruthlessly shutting down those he does not. Having lived for centuries now he likes life to be spontaneous and utterly hates boredom and boring people. Even so, he is fair and would never kill without just cause (just cause apparently includes drinking from humans – his morals are a little flexible).

FAMILY: The Head of Clan Blackmoore
Freely allows drinking from humans in the city; however, explicitly forbids leaving them or any witnesses alive afterwards. Within the clan, drinking from animal blood or frozen blood is frowned upon as it is seen as weak – only the most traditional vampires survive in Clan Blackmoore. A newly turned vampire or one intending to be turned by a family member must be brought before the Council of Clan Blackmoore to be judged.

POWER: Control Over Disease – if he concentrates, Alistair can give humans and even vampires the sensation of feeling violently ill with close proximity to them. That includes nausea, dizziness, headaches and more.
SIDE: Against Humans, mildly

WEAPON: Uses an antique longsword for show and execution purposes only.

YAY!! So many Characters Sheets!! I LOVE it! Thank you Co for helping me out after I passed out! So far from what I have read, I approve all of them. Just a reminder, if you have not done so already, please pick a family (expect those that do not belong to a family). Also, I know it was discussed in the Int.Ch. But i forgot to mention it here, Vampires are weak in the sunlight, wood steaks and fire can kill (wood has to be placed directly in heart, even if it is off by an inch it will just cause extreme amount of pain). Vampires can also die by beheading. I think that is it. Co let me know if I forgot anything. I will get my CS later today!

I think that would be a good fit for the Blackmoore family. Although I'm not sure about the assassination missions. You may have to talk to McHaggis about that.

I think that would be a good fit for the Blackmoore family. Although I'm not sure about the assassination missions. You may have to talk to McHaggis about that.

I'm all for an assassin. Could even be on the Blackmoore's council of advisors too as Head Executor or something like that :)

Age: 55 when he was turned and dying. Unknowingly he had became friends with a vampire in his younger days. Was dying of cancer when he was turned back in the year 1000. His actual age is 1000 years old and a elder scribe and head of the vampire court.
Appearance 
Bio: unknowingly befriended a vampire in his younger days. But when his friend found out he was dying he pleaded with the first council back in the 10th century. The council agreed and he was turned seconds from dying from cancer. Now positioned as the elder scribe for the vampire councils. He keeps track of the records and keeps track of the courts before he became head of the court trials for his vast knowledge. Still loyal to the council and the houses. Keeping track of all that goes on.
Personality: old and wise. Strict but kind. Bipolar when it comes to certain situations. Mainly during the court systems does he get aggressive and short tempered. Other than that he is kind and will gladly help any of the vampires whether they are head of a house or new member. Just don't ask any stupid questions or abuse the knowledge he supplies. All you will get is a glare and a door shut on you. Give him time to vent. Then come back and try again. Just cause he looks old doesn't mean you can irritate and get away. 2 time is thrown out the doors to his archive and refusal of help.

Located in the Library deep in the ground with multiple tunnels leading to each Family. Only a fair few are worthy of being part of this Clans greatest of members. The Grand Court. But for the clan in general feeding is aloud on humans and animals. Whether it is cloned blood or fresh from the source. The honor of being a scribe is great and privileged with only one duty. Guard and keep track of vampire daily events. Each family is supplied a few scribes to keep record. The scribes may have been assigned to a coven but the report mainly to the Blood Scribes. The task of keeping records of events is important. The scribes do also a few tasks assigned by the heads of the other families and when they are tasked with a assignment they must report to the head Immediately without hesitation. To not do so is punishable to the scribe Belongs mainly to Blackmore but is fair with both families

Other: his knowledge is vast on the world and he has a library where he mainly spends his time. He mainly reads and is found drinking blood like wine in his library. He has been known for being bribed for knowledge but the deal has to suit him. Anything that doesn't catch his eye is not gonna get you what you need. Also. He has been tempted by a now extinct clan known as Silver Moons but he brought them down in court and had each executed for tempting and 55 accounts of human exposure.

OMG, McHaggis this is perfect! Our characters will have great synergy... also, their backgrounds are eerily similar. I will post my CS once I find my old one and edit it to fit this RP. Shouldn't have to change too much. :D I'm so excited! Let's make a pact to not let this RP die for a while, okay? I was heartbroken to have to leave Trixy behind before.
