[IC] The Experiment Subjects

He narrowed his eyes and looked at her slowly. His voice was barely a whisper. "Remember...?" He let out a gasp, realization struck him and he misstepped, crashing to the ground and tumbling. As he got up he was shaking. Of course, when he got here they'd done that to him! He searched his mind but no memory came, just talking to them. What the hell! What had he told them?! Had he told them?! Did they know about him, what did they do to him that he couldn't remember?!

He looked at Susanoo. They'd do that to him too... Desmond nodded, and shook himself out of it. "I'll tell you later... If you come to my room after chores... I need to tell you something anyways..." He saw those damn nurses out of the corner of his eye and he made this seem like 'confession' material, putting on a show. He even smiled lightly at him and he felt blood rising to his cheeks. Well the blush will help a bit but why?!

"Alright, Desmond are you alright?." Susanoo asked. 'Signs of shaking, not being able to remember anything...Oh, the symptoms are those of a Memory Loss, or something else? This peaks my interest.' Susanoo looked at Desmond. Susanoo had a dark look on his face. "Let's go do our chores, Desmond..."

Desmond blushed more and nodded. "R-Right..." Why did that face turn him on?! What was wrong with his head?!

Lisa followed behind Susanoo as they were led back to the dinning room where they had met up with Desmond. "Susanoo do you think something bad is going to happen to us here" Lisa whispered her child mind taking over and making her feel scared and shake a little "please no more bad things please this is why I hide" she said to herself holding her head and breathing deeply to try and calm herself.

"Don't worry, as long as we maintain the peace they won't touch us." Susanoo said. "And if anything happens, I'll protect my friends, no matter what." Susanoo whispered. "Hey Desmond, what's wrong, your face is flushed, you got a fever."

The boy blushed more and turned away. "It's just hot in here..." And indeed he did feel hot, he adjusted his collar, but that did little to release the heat. The hell was up with him? There was no way... he just met the guy... and he didn't know a single thing about him, except his name. "Lets just get to those damn chores..." He looked towards the nurses, waiting for them to relay their torture of choice.

"Ara, ara. Fine then. Hey I never caught your name, what is it?" Susanoo asked the girl. He looked at Desmond, he thought he looked cute when he acted like that. 'I wonder what chores these Nurses will make us do now.'

It crushed her that she couldn't love Jess like she wanted too. The dumb curse was holding her back from ever loving someone.

Jess gripped Luna a bit more tightly-not painfully, but defiantly a stronger grip. "Tori." She breathed, it was less a question and more a statement.

Lisa had calmed down and said "true we did run off my name's Lisa Eris Ciber nice to meet you two" and bowed "now, where are those chores we have to do " she said as she looked over at Desmond handing him a cup of water which she chilled a bit saying "here this should cool you down if your too hot" while smiling trying to make a good impression.

"I don't know, they must still be delegating them... Figuring out who gets what..." He took the glass of water graciously and drank all of it in one go, it quenched a thirst he wasn't aware he had and it did help quite a bit in cooling him off. "Thanks." He said, breathing heavily, panting, wiping his mouth. "I needed that... guess it's been so hectic today I haven't been getting as much water as I need..."

"Well nice to meet you Lisa" Susanoo said. He leaned the chair back while looking at the roof. 'Still, what happened earlier to make Desmond act like this. I need to get to the bottom of this.'

Jess gripped Luna a bit more tightly-not painfully, but defiantly a stronger grip. "Tori." She breathed, it was less a question and more a statement.

Luna said nothing, she looked up at the ceiling. She hated how the curse was effecting her so badly. It was like being stuck in limbo. Not able to move on with life.

Nurse Ann took out a paper from her pocket that Nurse Garza gave her, she cleared her throat and said with a small smile "Desmond has to sweep. Susanoo has to mop the floor. Lisa has to do the dishes. Jess has to do the dusting. And Luna has to do the laundry" she said. She looked at the kids, she opened her mouth to say something but nurse Phil walked right in. Nurse Ann snapped her mouth shut and nods her head in respect for the other nurse and walks out looking down.

Desmond looked at Nurse Phil and his aliments almost instantly went away. He smiled widely, his arms behind his back again. "Hey Nurse Phil." He greeted, his voice surprisingly polite and sweet. Almost too much, but he wasn't very practiced in this.

"What about Tori, she's here right?" Susanoo asked purposely while standing up and grabbing the materials for mopping. He grabbed the mop and the bucket full of water. He began to mop, waiting for an answer from the Nurse. 'Hopefully they'll get bothered and send me to some kind of detention room. I can find out information from there.' Susanoo thought.

Nurse Phil smiled politely she seemed so happy. "Tori doesn't feel well. So we had to sent her to bed. But she wanted to come down and help, but" she giggles "things happened and she was sent to bed" nurse Phil smiled, her hands closed together.

"Oh well I guess things happen." Susanoo said joining in on the gigling, of course this was all an act though. He went to a corner and began to mop there. "Subjective Reality" Susanoo whispered. A miniscule mosquito appeared on Susanoo's hand, he made it that the Nurse wouldn't be able to see him since he was looking at the Corner when he made the mosquito appear. "I want you to look around the house, tell me if you find anything suspicious." He whispered. The mosquito began to fly away as he resumed his chores.

Desmond's eyes went cold for a second, and he glared at her, in a moment where she wasn't looking. Oh, she would get hers... Most definitely. He went back to his happy mood when she turned back and he grabbed the broom, going around sweeping up the floor. His eyes stayed on her though as he swept.

"Lucy! Come here please!" Nurse Phil sang, right when nurse Ann came as quick as she could. Nurse Phil gripped the young nurse by the arm and pulls whispering in her ear "Watch the kids while I go check on Tori." She tighten her grip on the nurses arm making her wince silently and glares at nurse Phil "And don't make a mistake again". Nurse Phil let's her go with a kind smile "Be have kids" she sang and ran up the stairs, while the young nurse rubbed her arm.

"Ok, Ok, really up to Tori's room, ok, ok, follow her." Susanoo said to the mosquito in a whispered voice. He stopped mopping for a second. "Nurse Ann, I require to use the facilities, it's an emergency." Susanoo told Nurse Ann.

Despite wanting to summon a shadow weapon to murder that damn nurse, he kept his cool and simply kept sweeping, trying to seem enveloped in the thrilling experience. He didn't hear them speaking as a result, and had no idea what might befall Tori. He just kept sweeping, as if it was the only thing in the world he wanted to do...
