"Thanks but I actually want to live if we get out of here." She told him. She never smoked "How did you bet them anyway? That doesn't seem like something they would allow prisoners to have."

tanikazi flipped the ciggarette and put it back into the japaneseish cartoon, tanikazi didn't know how smoking could kill people, It was perfectly fine. **well, I was never really searched, I was kinda just thrown in a cell and gassed** tanikazi said, the ciggarete hanging from his mouth

After a while, Runo placed the container down beside him and rose to his feet again, keeping one hand on the wall. It would still be some time before his throat could heal, but he would be fine for the moment, probably. They couldn't 't just sit around forever, though; they needed to continue on and find some answers like they had planned.

From her vantage point beside Runo, Akila looked over the nearby machinery. This was surely a place where those drones were created. But it looked like it have not been used in a very long time. Even some of the partially assembled drones looked different from the ones they have encountered. "I wonder why this place was left like this. There are a lot of empty shells."

I have absolutely no idea, maybe we should turn one on? and smash its metal head in if something bad happens tanikazi said, it wasn't a smart idea but a old person once said to tanikazi, if you don't know your enemy, you can't fight your enemy

"We have not had the best of luck when it comes to machines. Maybe we can learn without having to turn one on." She looked at Runo and went over to the door they entered, shutting it. Just in case anything should chance by. "Rest Runo. We don't need to move right away. We should take this opportunity to see what we have here." Switching on more lights the space was like a small warehouse. Robot parts everywhere. In the back were some stasis pods. They were different from the cells they had come from, much less reinforced. Most were empty with only one containing what appeared to be a girl wearing a strange head set of some kind. The window was only large enough to see her head but it looked like she was sleeping.

She looked around the robot room. She knew very little about robots. "Wow. I think they might had had a virus or something. I mean something had to happen. This seemed to have been a very big productive ship or whatever you want to call it."

Nodding in agreement Akila surveyed the parts. Many of the mechanisms and electronics were beyond her. Magic was one thing that to her was fairly ordinary. But these machines appeared to be able to move on their own with without it. The others seemed to have some familiarity with it though. "You must forgive me if this sounds foolish. But by what power do these things come to life?"

Runo leaned on the wall for support, but eventually slid back down to the floor to rest for a minute as Akila had suggested. From his position, he couldn't see quite as much as when he was standing, but could still see quite a bit of the room. It was still very strange to him, though; he was completely unfamiliar with the metal creatures whose parts were being stored in the room, so when Akila asked about how they were powered, he perked his ears and looked toward Shea for the answer. He couldn't help but be curious about this dry world.

I think they run off of electractatay or something. tanikazi said to the group walking in. he was amazed, there was enough robots to Start a army, and maybe control the world

"Maybe but I don't think these run on electricity. That seems a bit primitive for something so advanced. But I do agree that it looks like they ran out of fuel." She looked around. "I wish I knew more about robotics but it is a field that is beyond my skill set." She moved towards the back of the room. "Some of these are complete or almost complete." She began moving empty body and parts around.

The explanation did not really help much in understanding how the machiles worked. Everyone seemed to come from very different backgrounds and world so it may be something that didn't exist where she was from. Again this was food for thought. If that were the case then really anyone could have put her here. Other people, gods, or just a bot anything. Even for her is was hard to fathom the endless possibilities. For once after becoming a goddess she felt small. The reflection showed on her face, a twinge of fear.

I barely care really, but this obviously means that they're gonna die some time or another tanikazi said, a orange glow lit on the ciggarete as he looked at the vast arsenal of robots. how much robots do they have here?

Elec...tricity? While the concept wasn't completely foreign to him, the merman didn't have a very good understanding of it still. It wasn't exactly something he had ever used, only mentioned a few times, really. He stared in confusion at the others, trying to understand bit more about what they were saying. Robotics? Wait, someone had called these robots earlier...he still didn't fully understand. Neither did Akila, from what he could see. It was actually rather anxiety-inducing to see the level-headed girl showing even a brief glimpse of a less confident emotion. Shaking his head, Runo rose to his feet and took another look at the room. He didn't even know where to start, though. Maybe some of the partially finished robots had some sort of clue to them? A marking of some kind? Pushing off the wall, he walked over to a nearby husk and started examining it. How did this curious thing move, anyway?

Shea was moving things around trying to see what she could identify when on of the pods caught her attention. It looked similar to some she had seen in the other rooms. Through the window she ciukd see the fs e of a girl. Maybe a little younger than she was. It wax hard to tell through the glass. She looked for a clasp or button to open the pod. She was curious why the girl was stored I'm the robot room rather than in an individual room like the others.

Tanikazi barely knew electricity, almost nothing ran on it, Hell pretty much everything runned on fossil fuel, and then it all disappeared or some crap and his planet gotten very ancharyish tanikazi never paid attention to what happened. he walked forward a bit and immediately saw a robotic but humanoid face, he fell backwards getting jumpscared by the thing, screaming like a little girl quickly and then stopping once he realized it was just another weird but derelict machine person-thing

Curious about what the others were looking at, Runo stopped his investigations and slowly made his way over to see. He tilted his head as he got a slightly better look, only more confused by the pod and the girl inside. Is that a human? I thought Shea was the only one here right now. Despite his instinctual desire to learn more, he stayed back a little bit just in case. who knew what might happen at this point?

She studed the pod. It seemed to require something to open but she had no idea what. Probably a password. There was no way she was going to be able to guess some alien password. After all their language would be a lot different than she was use to. She started pressing buttons randomly.

The girl inside looked like she had been heavily augmented with cybernetics. Opening her eyes they were cold and mechanical. She stared stared straight ahead as messages continued on the screen. #> Connecting to system...: Operation failed. Unable to locate signal. Retying. #> Connecting to system...: Operation failed. Unable to locate signal. Retying. #> Connecting to system...: Operation failed. Unable to locate signal. #> Unable to communicate with system. Using last known system update. #> Loading last system update...: Operation failed. Last update outside acceptable timestamp parameters. #> Repeated system failure. #> Rebooting E.V.E. in manual mode. It was then that EVE finally moved. She took a deep breath, indicating that she was still human in some fashion, and her eyes shifted between the three before her. Having relied on the system for so long for information she could not identify who was in front of her. It was then that she spoke with a very robotic voice. "Unknown subjects outside their cells. Identify yourselves."
