[OOC] Reborn: A New Generation

The tenth generation was the closest to returning the Vongola to its roots and original purpose, but it couldn't last forever. Rather than following in its predecessor's footsteps, the eleventh generation reverted to the path of cruelty and endless bloodshed. This continued onto the twelfth, to the thirteenth, and later on to the fourteenth.

Now, the fourteenth generation is nearing its end, bringing forth the beginning of the fifteenth.

To flourish or to perish, it's all up to you now, Vongola Quindicesimo.

Rules are pretty standard:
-No godmodding.
-Maximum of three characters allowed per player. Please make sure you can handle more than one character before making another one. (This might change)
-Swearing is allowed, but keep it to a minimum.
-Keep it PG-13.

Weapon(s): The good old SMG-Pistol combo and some choice explosives set up as traps are his usual weapons of choice, but sometimes when he needs that extra kick...

• Illusions of Wrought Iron - Due to his use of Mist Flames, one could call Nagato an illusionist, despite his disdain of the title. He isn't as versatile as someone like Mukuro, but he's does possess a skillset made for a single thing: the analysis and manufacture of armaments. Swords, spears, shields... As long as it's structure is simple enough and you can wield it in your hands in battle, he can shape it with his Mist Flames.
• Arco di Nebbia/Mist Bow - A matte black, western-style straight bow, with a simple design and a bow made of Mist Flames ala G's Archery. He can use regular Mist arrows for quick and accurate attacks or... Well, you'll see eventually. Let's just say there's a reason Nagato's never felt the need for a sniper rifle.

Appearance: Normally he wears a light brown cloak that obscures everything but his nose and mouth, but under that...

Bio: The Kihara family bloodline is a lineage stained with blood. Every member is a some type of freelancer, a mercenary, or an assassin. It's a family of anonymous killers draped in the same all concealing cloak.

Nagato is one of the candidates for the next in line to lead the clan, descended directly from the original head of the bloodline. He, as well as the others in his extended family, was raised isolated from regular society, though not mafiosi society, and taught skills to allow himself to develop his own personal style of kill. Teaching knowledge on living in normal society was more of an afterthought in order to support his ability to function as an efficient killer.

Now, Nagato was never good with the intended capability of his Mist Flames to the disdain of the rest of his family who merely shook their heads at the waste of a good Flame, and he wasn't really anything exceptional in direct combat either. However, he had tenacity and an understanding of combat unmatched by anyone in his generation, and while, if directly confronted without any precaution, he would easily be overwhelmed by someone with the necessary skillset, his main strength lies in how well he prepares for his enemies as well as what measures he's willing to take to ensure a sure kill.

Baton with ribbons - When infused with her Cloud flames, the baton and the ribbons can expand. On the other hand, when Kaiya infuses her Lightning flames into the baton and ribbons, they become almost indestructible due to the Hardening factor.

Personality: Kaiya can be shy at first, but is generally a free spirit, and likes to do things in her own pace. However, her personality conflicts a bit: she’s nice, but has the tendency to be cold. Timid, but sharp-tongued. Friendly, yet a lone wolf.
Either way, she’s fairly simple-minded, rash, and rather reckless. She likes to dive straight into battle without a plan, and is the type that goes with the flow. Kaiya rarely gets mad since she brushes off everything, but she tends to be a bit extreme and a lot more impulsive when angered.
Extra: Her greatest and one of her only insecurities is not being up to par with the past Cloud Guardians, especially Hibari Kyoya and Alaude, who she admires. Also, crowds/large groups of enemies are her absolute favorite, and she can hardly restrain herself when she sees one.

I imagine he'd be a bit taller, maybe ~5'0", but still shorter than most folks.
