Being that she spent most of her time away from the Temple, Shir was not quite as familiar with its secrets as the Human seemed to be. She took up her position behind the group, with both blades at the ready. They would collect as many Jedi and other survivors as they could, but they could not afford to deviate far from their path. Not only were the clones no doubt numerous, but there was...something else. Amid all of the pain and death, there was the faint sense of something terrible, something powerful. It was something they should avoid at all costs.

As they started to move along, Shir tried to keep her senses open to danger. While not as skilled with the force as some other Jedi, most trained force-users could sense danger around them, and she was ready to react in an instant. The reduced gyroscopic effect of her shoto meant it could snap into a defense as quickly as she could flick her wrist, and with her primary blade following shortly after, she could deflect a surprising number of blaster bolts at a time as long as she was focusing on defense. At the very least, the Padawans were not going to be caught off-guard from behind. Unfortunately, the advantage which they had used against the clone assassins was now working against them. With the halls being as narrow as they were, they were restricted in how many of them could fight at once.

OOC: Right guys. I'm not going to wait on people who aren't posting for the benefit of those who want to post. If you do want to play please do, if you're having writers block/need help simply ask me and I'll help out. Collabs typically help writers block and if you are stuck to where you are or where you should go. Just ask.

Tyrell lead them down the hall, approaching near the hanger he slipped his lightsaber into his hand, and ignited it with a snap-hiss. Though was delighted when a padawan came around the corner, and briefly enraged when a blasterbolt struck the young woman from behind. He forced it down, rage and anger were the path to the Dark Side and that was the last path he needed to follow the now. He turned to the Padawans. "Stay here, call if you need any help." He then went running, jumping around the corner he immediately developed a guard position. Obviously a transport had just docked in the hanger bay for the corridor was full of clones. He began swirling his blade in a circle deflecting bolts, however there were so many he could not focus enough to return them to their source.

Despair clawed at his heart, and he tried to force it down. Though that too only distracted him and a stray bolt hit his thigh, going down to one knee he continued to bat the bolts. He stretched out in the force, feeling the switch for the secret passage he focused all his energy on that as the door opened, another bolt breaking through his defence. A door opened and he called to the Padawans. "Run! Quickly. I'll catch up." Though at this point he doubted he'd be able to do anything other than keep the clones at bay long enough for the padawans to make a head start.

Close and distant blaster fire was a constant as the group moved through the temple. Even if the path they took did not intersect with the clones themselves currently, it was easy to hear blaster fire and explosions through the walls, frighteningly close, in some cases. It was unnerving, but they pressed on regardless, as their chances of survival diminished the longer they were in the Temple.

Eventually, they made it to the hanger, but as Shir feared, the clones were there in force. A Padawan was cut down in front of them, and prompting the Human Jedi leading the way to hold off the blaster fire while the Padawans and Temple guards escaped through the passage he opened. Shir could sense no one following them, and since the passage had been closed down, the Padawans should not face opposition within, so Shir's thoughts turned to preventing the unnecessary sacrifice of her Human ally. As she rushed past the Padawans to join the Human, she grabbed the blaster rifle out of Tactus' hand. "Sorry, I need this."

Shir dashed into place alongside the Human with a lightsaber in one hand, and the rifle in the other. She placed almost all of her focus into joining him in deflecting the incoming shots with her blade, but at the same time, she held the blaster under her arm, firing from the hip at its highest rate of fire. Her goal was not accuracy, but rather suppression. As long as the shots were landing close enough to the clones, they would be forced to take cover, thereby reducing the volume of incoming fire, and hopefully giving them all enough time to escape.

Just before Tactus went through the tunnel he turned around and saw the master take a shot a bolt to the leg. He pulled his blaster from his hip and was about to return fire when his master came rushing by. Shir picked the weapon out of his hands and for a moment he was stunned, atleast until stray bolts started hitting near the entrance to the tunnel. At which point he thought what could he do. He came up with an idea which he knew was poor but it should work. He walked into tunnel a little bit so as to shield him from blaster fire and holstered his saber. He reached his hands out along with his presence in the force and grabbed onto the human. He yanked him as hard back as he could and sent him sliding on the ground. Although it wasn't very far he knew this would work atleast. Once again Tactus reached out and pulled the human towards himself. This was extremely exhausting for Tactus. He was now wishing his master actually used this aspect of the force more. He pulled again but with enough force this time to slide him quite a bit of the way.

Tactus yelled out over the blaster fire."Master! We need to leave!" He said between his heavy breathing. He gave one last hard pull that sent him onto his back. This brought the master to the lip of the entrance. Too exhausted to get up and in an attempt to dodge blaster fire Tactus crawled up to the master and grabbed him by the shoulders. He managed to stammer out under his breath."You're not allowed to die......too few." After dragging him back into the tunnel more he got up off the floor and continued dragging him further into the tunnel. "Master!" He yelled out again trying to call Shir back to him. They may get out of here just yet.

**"You don't happen to have a med-pack or something, Master...?"** "Drell." He didn't have much time for niceties at this point, as the now unconscious Jedi wasn't going to be doing much for anyone at this point. Even less so as he began to hear a new volley of blaster fire just down the hall, meaning that more Jedi were coming this way and running into the boarding parties, or a new squad had come from the front. Either way, he had to start doing something about this disaster that was forming around him. "Search these troopers. The specialized type tend to have medpacks on them just in case. I assume these are no different." Drell ordered, walking over to the control panel, looking over the controls and slamming a button to cause the hanger doors to slowly start to try and shut. It was a bit late at this point, but it might help a tiny bit in at least buying them a little more time. Turning to go back down the hall, he pulled his lightsaber free once again and started running. He wasn't going to make it out of here alone, and perhaps another trained Jedi could help here. "If he isn't up in a minute. Follow. We need to go." Drell continued, moving towards the blaster fire grimly. It was still going, so someone was still alive. As he finally got to the group of troopers, he saw Jedi who were going to be fighting a losing battle against a large group of clones. He needed something to even the odds...reaching out with the force, he knew the best chance he had was for a few accidents to happen. Shoving a blaster rifle so the shot for the intended Jedi instead went towards a fellow clone. Stepping forward and brandishing his blade, he was confident in the new angle of his attack on the troop of clones would even the odds. "HERE! TRY YOUR CHANCES HERE!" Drell challenged, spinning his blade and launching a few bolts back at the troopers. He had a chance to adapt to his more defensive style, and now with the fire split between himself and the other Jedi they would at least be able to handle this group for the moment. He now hoped that the Jedi he had left in the control room would awaken and follow soon. As many as possible needed to be out of here.

Tyrell Tyrell was suddenly yanked back in the middle of one of his counter turns, he winced as a bolt made it through. Regaining his footing he was pulled again however he managed to compensate for the pull. He stopped fighting them and let them pull him back to a tired padawan at the entrance of the tunnel. "I wasn't going to get myself killed." He winced as he lessened the flow of the Force through his body, returning it to its normal state. His muscles ached and his right arm and left thigh both sported blaster burns. He looked down the corridor to where the reptilian Jedi remained. He turned to the Chiss. "Push the rest of the group on, I shall wait for your master and then close the entrance behind us. It won't buy us much time so you better get running." He projected a thought of urgency through the force, hoping his ally could pick up on it....

Asher managed to keep up with the group... He was timid, groups made him slightly more nervous, but he said not a word, as it was inevitable that they would need to group up once more, and then pull off a daring escape. It took him time, but the best bet was probably go through the underground area. Entering airspace was suicide, and staying in the temple was not an option. He attempted to help, doing his best to keep their path of escape secure, while making sure they got through. It appears the tunnel was sparsely populated for the time being, with them being it's only residents for now. He was absolutely sure there were other Jedi nearby, but he couldn't quite figure out their location... He turned to those he now accompanied, hoping for some recourse.

As the others rushed for the exit, Shir determined that it was time for her to join them herself. Her volley of fire had been keeping some of the enemy suppressed, but they were still returning fire, albeit less accurately. Cautiously, Shir began to back up while still keeping up her suppressive fire and focusing on defending herself. Seeing as they were now down to only one opponent, the clones became more aggressive. Two of them were hit, one potentially fatally, when they stepped out into her line of fire, but they did not seem deterred. Their value for their own lives was considerably weaker than their desire to fulfill their orders. As Shir drew close enough to the escape tunnel, she dashed backwards quickly to make it inside. Fortunately, she was not hit during the maneuver, but with how narrow the corridor was, someone still had to keep up a defense until the door was closed. The clones, meanwhile, focused all of the fire they could on the entrance, now completely undeterred by Shir's suppressing fire. Shir dropped the rifle, pulled her shoto to her other hand, and placed all of her focus into defending against the incoming shots. If she was lucky, the passage would close before she was hit.

Gar had actually managed to get somewhat lucky, it appeared there was a master by the name of Drell in earshot. He followed the sound of battle now, eventually meeting with the group in combat, running a trooper through from behind before defensively moving towards the master. "Master. Sentinel Vookta at your service." He said quickly, figuring the niceties would be best left for later. Right now it seemed they would have to fight in order to actually manage to get out of here. "My master has fallen, I fear the majority of the Sentinels are the same. I know much of the layout of this building should you have use of it." He informed him of what he knew quickly. Seeing if the master might have a plan where he could be of use.

Tyrell pressed the button on the panel as the door slammed back into place, it wouldn't be easy to move however it wouldn't take forever as he doubted the clones were worried about structural damage with all that they had done with the temple. Dust still occasionally fell from the upper levels. He shuddered to think off the damage that was happening to the temple, however their escape would be simple from now on. It was unlikely that clones were ahead of them in these tunnels, so they only had to worry about being followed. They would work their way down and then out into the undercity of Coruscant, with the billion of inhabitants then it was a simple task of finding a way to blend in and a way off planet. It sounded simple now, however whether or not it would stay simple was the problem. He turned to his reptilian friend. "For future reference, I am Tyrell Omi-Ren temple guard, as I feel that it is time to break protocol and inform you off my name." He nodded his head down the tunnel. "If we keep descending through the levels we should reach the maintenance levels of the temple and from there I hope to use the cargo system to exit into the undercity. It won't be easy but it is the only way they won't have guarded right now. However as they access the temple records they will likely discover it and our chances for escape will become slim." He took a bactapatch off his belt and put it over his wound, following suit for the wound on his arm. "I would ask that you would lead the way. I will be slower with my wounds, so should travel at the back."

As soon as the door closed, Shir switched off her lightsabers, then picked up the blaster rifle off of the ground and handed it back to Tactus. She nodded affirmatively as the Human, Tyrell, explained his plan. At this point, nothing was guaranteed, but his plan seemed to give a reasonable chance for survival. Since the passageway did not yet have any branching paths, Shir quickly took the lead at the fastest pace that Tyrell could keep up with. From the shaking, and the strongest disturbance in the force Shir had ever felt, it was easy to tell that the battle was still raging around them. Even if they escaped, there were still a myriad of problems they would have to solve once they were away from the temple, but there was still a chance for success. Still rushing through the corridor, Shir gave her own introduction. "It is good that we have your knowledge, Tyrell. My name is Shir-Val-Kuul, Jedi Weapon Master. I have been fighting in this war since its beginning, so I am familiar with the clones: their tenacity, their dedication. They will not stop hunting us, and they are all familiar with Jedi, having fought alongside us. Once we are in the undercity, we will need to resist the temptation to attempt to escape the planet immediately. If they have not locked down every transport, then they will be tracking and monitoring them all. You live at the temple, do you have any connections, or knowledge of where we might secure transport to a different part of the city?" She asked.

"I am Drell, Sentinel Vookta. We are done here, and the others are leaving. I think it best we do the same." Drell shouted back, spinning his saber to deflect a new group of troopers no longer having to deal with the other Jedi who seemed to have escaped. Falling back to another hallway and taking off at a sprint, hoping that Vookta would be able to keep up at least enough so that they could get moving to someplace away from the now legion of troopers likely coming. "We need to make a decision, Sentinel Vookta. We either need to escape very quickly through perhaps some maintenance shaft or entrance to get to the undercity, or hope to find more Jedi holding somewhere. We are either going to be trying to save more, or we leave." Drell quickly explained, sliding around some pillars and pausing to listen for a moment to see if he could determine more fighting or firing. Reaching with his senses was a disaster, as the entire temple was now a mess of emotional outbursts. Fear, hate, surprise, and carnage all about which kept him from focusing at this point. "Nevermind....we must leave. We'll never find them unless your senses are much sharper than mine. Do you know a way under the temple? We **must** leave, or we won't be leaving." Drell now insisted, realizing that the situation was already so hopeless, and lingering would only add to it.

"I know the blueprints of the temple as well as the architects themselves." Gar replied to the master, immediately leading him and his group to maintenance shafts built into the oldest designs of the building that had gone unused for quite some time. Leading the way he entered the old shaft, keeping as quiet as possible while still moving quickly. He had no idea how long they had before more troopers might arrive. "My specialties are in stealth, programming, and engineering. You may find this information useful Drell, or perhaps not. You will likely be a better strategist than myself." He said quietly as they worked through the shafts.
