I got around to editing that accidental post on the IC from the other day. It's now the first part of my introduction for the Ashlanders.

Hi Kaben, been quite awhile. Glad this is open because it's really cool. Not to mention my love of being an overlord...since I am one.

For you, maybe. MWHAHAHAHA! Also, if you make anything that is slightly evil, you get hunted down and blown up by Emily.

Hehehehe, good luck blowing me up. If my idea goes through people will be hard pressed to do that sort of thing to me. Not because of any tremendous power I can hold over them, but because of the sheer imposing nature of my form and its resilience. On the other hand, I might not be able to do that, so it really depends.

<Snipped quote by yoshua171> Hey Yosh~ Also, would one of Monolith's Travelers be possessable?
Travelers (and workers) are already pretty much spirits possessing mechanical bodies. Anyone trying to possess one would have to directly conflict with those spirits. For a being accustomed to possessing humans, this would be difficult, because Providence and Salvation leave a very strange sort of magical signature that is difficult for other beings to acclimate to. Travelers in particular are difficult to possess, because to become Travelers in the first place they require fairly strong spirits.

So, instead of sending Blanks to possess them, Emily needs to go on site and subjugate the spirits already present?

That would probably be the best option.

Ok, heading towards Monolith. If anyone wants to npc the town, I'll arrive in that post, if not I'll arrive in my next post.

Okay, really confused here. Emily came about within the mountain range, within Cypriot country. How is she suddenly west of the mountains?

If that's her starting point and you say she's west of the mountains, that means she'd have to be in the desert on the other side, which means she'd have passed Monolith and the mountains all together at some point. So unless that is the case I think you mean that she is East of the mountains, not West.

I never said she was west of anything. I said she was heading west from her starting point.

Unless I wrote she was west, instead of going west. Which would suck.

*snip* So, she left the others to float south west and north for now as she headed east, towards the mountains and this strange beacon of power. *snip*
KabenSaal
(emphasis added) You said she went East. You got your Easts and Wests mixed up.

The scale Yoshua is thinking of makes Ifrit a rat by comparison. Even Emily might have her work cut out for her (although, on the other hand, she did blow up most of ice-hell...). I'll leave the details to Yoshua to reveal when he is ready.

Sorry, I suck at directions. And it was Srutr's Arrival to wasted most of Ice-Hell. Ifrit might be a rat now, but Emily has a few Buffs since then as well.
