Actually, the caravan would arrive to a small village. It's not Hysteria, but it'll have a physician and an inn. There everyone can talk in peace without having to worry about getting attacked by wolves or something.
Name: Wayward
Type: Village
Description: A fairly small but stable village with a little under a hundred people, adult and children. They make a living off of fishing and and cows, for meat, leather, and dairy. There are only three mages in Wayward of notable ability, but they are Intermediate level at best. Two of them are Geomancers who make a living with construction and smithing, respectively. The last mage is an herbamancer who runs a modest farm and is also the resident physician. There isn't much of a guard presence from the local baron, so instead a couple of the more able bodied youth serve as the town militia. It's a fairly sleepy little town that doesn't get much attention from bandits or other barons, with the worse they usually have to deal with being wild animals or people stealing their cattle.
Alignment: Djarkel
Location: Between a trade route for the college and Hysteria.
