Mmmkay, not sure if that's a yes or no. Regardless, Ned's distinction wasn't really for his skill with a gun. He wasn't a famous sniper or anything like that. It was more that he and his buddies stuck it to the man in a manner that few people had done back then and he had a pretty cool final stand.

Yeah, I suppose you're right. In all honesty that skill was more for the flavour. The C and D ranks weren't outlined in the wiki, and the E rank... I'm not sure exactly how that works. Which rank would be more appropriate?

Ned's fine. Just trying to get across that guns aren't all that impressive; dual-wielded NP machineguns (or a machinegun and rifle in the anime) are still inferior to Zero Berserker just drawing his damn sword. Basically, artefact sword > magic guns.

Yeah, that seems fine. Would also possibly make repeated fights more interesting.

C-Rank would read exactly the same, it just negates one rank less. Charisma's the one where you need to write a fancy description.

As for the rebellious spirit parameter, I was referring to the descriptions of the charisma ranks for the ones to negate. D and C charisma are not specified in the wiki. I'll tentatively edit to a C rank rebellious spirit for now.

Unless someone suddenly wants C-Rank Charisma, it's not an issue, and then it's their job to write it out.

Neither skill sees terribly much use, since it's to do with buffing allies. Which doesn't happen all that much. XD

Name: Petunia Fairweather

Appearance: Kinda likes flowers.

Personality: Kind and sweet, with a real soft spot for children, Petunia enjoys tending to her garden and drinking tea. For the most part, she's nice and pleasant, but if you ever harm a flower or a child in her presence... you will die. She values honesty, purity and fair play, and will refuse to stoop to underhanded tactics to win, nor will she allow any actions that would bring harm to children, or even flowers. Because of this, she is prone to allowing herself to befall a horrible fate to spare the lives of others, although she is resolved to kill an enemy Master, in need be.
Petunia also takes a passive stance in the war, preferring that the other Servants weaken each other and reveal their abilities before she has to engage in battle herself, purely to minimise the blood she must shed to attain her goal.

Abilities:

Earth element - Plant cultivation

Mystic Code: Umbrella - an umbrella that can block physical attacks and some magic. And also double as a head-basher.

Background: A magus with an average number of magic circuits, she found a love for plants when she discovered her talents. Often finding refuge amongst an orchard near her childhood home, Petunia dreamed of a world filled with flowers, so she trained to improve her power.

Other: A rather wealthy young woman with a small, but colourful garden behind her mansion. Also rents out rooms in her home.

Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: "I don't have time for this."
Personality: Chieko, in spite of her smallness and apparent cuteness, is a fiery girl who dislikes inactivity and laziness. She is a very, very hard worker, and while she's capable of being quite friendly, she is often volatile to those who bother her. This may or may not be due to a lack of sleep(she considers sleep to be something perfectly alright to skip if she needs to). Chieko also has potential to get very angry or frustrated when things don't go her way. Considering how hard she works to get things to go right, this may be very justified.
History: Born into the Akiyama magus family, Chieko is their natural descendant, and as such has received their Thaumaturgical Crest. Her parents instilled a strong work ethic into her, and while they crave power like many other mage families, they were not cruel to their daughter. Her training has been stern and harsh, but not unnecessarily cruel. Her skills have been honed to make her a competent magus at a young age. Chieko was involved in a magical incident when she was younger, involving a murderous magi, but she emerged from that situation alive. She has come to the location of the war to participate in the Holy Grail War.
Mystic Code: N/A
Abilities/Skills: Chieko is intelligent and quick-witted, but she is not a very athletic girl.
Magecraft: Chieko's elemental affinity, like the rest of her her blood-related family, is water. As such, she has trained extensively to utilize her affinity as best as she possibly can be, leaving her with a great deal of skill involving water-based spells. Her spells often rely on flows and cycles, as those are prominently featured when water is involved. With enough water, Chieko can cast a spell known as "Vortex Divide". Taking roughly the same amount of water as is in a human body, Vortex Divide is a buzzsaw composed of water.
Assets: A cheap hotel room, her songbird familiars, and not much else.

Appearance: Just another wealthy Magus
Personality: There is a saying from Machiavelli that it is essentially better to be feared tha loved. Emmanuel comes from a family that seems to love following that mantra. However the favored son seems to take great pleasure in going against that. Emmanuel was always a popular person in school and out. Able to get along with most people, and can with difficulty talk to someone he despises with smile on his face. His genuine attitude towards most people isn't an act. Its hard for him to truly hate anyone, but if he does its not easy to hide it behind a smile. This doesn't stop him from telling that same person how he really feels. Coming from a rich family makes it difficult for him to not show off and even appear somewhat arrogant towards others even if its not intentional.

Background: Emmanuel comes from a rather old magus family that gained power through rituals and profiting greatly during the colonial era. Now its known for its vast wealth and general ability to produce strong if few magus. Emmanuel grew up in Texas and was a very impressive magus. His talent with elemental magic specifically wind has garnered much attention. He was an excellent student as a magus and was generally very loyal to his family. However their obsession with obtaining the root and the things they did to try and gain it always terrified him. Its a wish that he shared, but was never obsessed with.

Emmanuel's job as a professor teaching World History alienated him from his family. He still constantly practiced magic and would even aid his family in their magical pursuits never abandoning his heritage. It still didn't mean he wanted to go down their dark path to something that they would never reach in their generation.

Mystic Code: Cane used for amplifying prana for spells making Emmanuel's magic more potent.

Abilities: Emmanuel is one of the best magus in the family. An above average amount of magic circuits and very knowledgeable in regards to magecraft makes him one of the best magus in the family. He has a high affinity for elemental magic, what he is the most talented with is Wind magic. The ability to use wind to increase person movement speed for a few seconds and rudimentary flight (mainly flying 11 meters in the air for a short period of time). In combat he is quite capable of defeating opposing mages in duels by out maneuvering them and using wind to essentially disable opponents.

He isn't necessarily special. While highly intelligent and skilled in magecraft Emmanuel has little combat experience and in duels he would need to use his creativity.

Assets: While the Huerta's are capable of keeping their more dangerous actions secret, they aren't the most subtle family. Emmanuel was given a large estate with many servants who are potential spies and guards. He uses a pigeon as his familiar and generally leaves out on his motorcycle. Due to the Huerta's having a large stake in this war they support him with their wealth.

Just wanted to show that I'm still interested in this. I was just waiting for an OOC thread to pop up.
