Appearance: Probably not quite as scowly as this.
Personality: A charismatic and skilled leader who only wants to settle down and live a life of peace under a just King, William is a loud, boisterous but overall friendly man, with a fondness for drink and a jovial atmosphere. William will loyally serve any Master he sees as a worthy person, and will oppose those he views as oppressive and tyrannical. The knight harbors a distrust on the English, and wishes to see Scotland stand as a proud nation on its own. So obviously, he's not at all sure what the hell to think about the current relationships the countries hold.

Charisma: C - Has the talent to lead an army and boost morale, even when numerically and materially inferior to the enemy.
Disengage: C - Bonus effect of returning battle conditions to what they were at the beginning of the match.
Instinct: B - The ability to predict an enemy's actions with high accuracy.
Military Tactics: D - The ability to lead a small, under-equipped army to victory against a superior force becomes possible.

Noble Phantasm:
Nameless Blade of Wallace: Anti-Unit, D - William Wallace's sword. It has no special combat ability; instead, it merely shields his identity. As the blade has been altered over time, it has become unrecognisable as the true sword of William Wallace. As long as it is used in battle, discerning his true identity becomes significantly harder.
Victory at the Bridge - The Bridge of Stirling: Anti-Army, A++ - William Wallace recreates the conditions of his defining moment in battle. Situated atop a narrow bridge, all combatants are confined the small battlefield, in which Wallace and his allies are given a slight advantage in combat. This effect is boosted depending on the number of combatants. While the enemy is not directly weakened, the narrower battlefield is able to disrupt larger attacks and weapons. This can last only for a minute, and is a single-use NP, as Wallace lacks the necessary power to re-create this space multiple times.

I was considering William Wallace, but wasn't sure if he was legendary enough for this. Also is that Noble Phantasm similar to a reality marble? From what I can read it seems that it puts the target in a small space in which the attack can easily hit them.

Yeah, it pretty much is. It's also why why it'll only ever be used once, for a maximum of thirty seconds. Given his Mana stats, it's probably a wonder he can even use it at all.

And... not sure if he's legendary enough either. He's a cool guy from the days swords were the cool thing to use though. So... that's something?

At least what justifies one, eh-heh.

And, um, about Wallachia, to be fair since he's summoned as an NP he's heavily heavily restricted. But, um, guess I'm biased since I'm the one who wrote it all up...

Because people love giving every fucking servant a reality marble, I will probably be heavily biased against them. Anybody trying to pull that bullshit on my watch will quickly have themselves shut down by yours truly, so don't worry about that~

Well I would expect Wallace shouldn't be able to use a Reality Marble at his level of Mana. If he did it shouldn't even last long at all honestly. Even the attack would probably leave him incapacitated for awhile. I'd personally just advise increasing the power of his sword instead of using a reality marble.

Also I'm thinking of having a Magus family based in the Americas. Isn't this Grail War in North America?

It's only a Reality Marble if it's projecting your internal world.

Honestly... Wallachia isn't broken when summoned in limited fashion. It's not like he's around long enough to cause Melty Blood.

That's why I had it heavily restricted. And I'd went with it because... well, otherwise Wallace has pretty much nothing I could think of for an NP. There isn't really anything special about his sword, or any amazing feats he pulled off in battle with it.

Edit: Well, now I'm a bit confused if it really is a Marble. uh... I'll leave that up to those that can actually understand most of this stuff.

It honestly doesn't seem too bad. I highly doubt he can spam it and it would seem like a last resort anyway. At that point it would be up to the Master to try and keep him in the war. Generally depends on how good the master is.

Item Construction: Being able to make magical artifacts through the use of his magic, he most often can create artifacts with some kind of relation to music.

Personal Skills: Lyric Command: By using his voice, he can command the 4 basic elements at will, he can also command metal, but only to craft, not to use in an offensive way. This ability is limited to the fact of controlling just one element at once. Ranked: A

Star Divination: By reading the position of the stars with the astrolabe he owns, he can predict close future events. Warning, every divination can and WILL change through the interfering of greater wills. Ranked: C

Noble Phantasm(s): Sampo: A magical astrolabe with the main function of bringing good fortune to its bearer. Though it was thought to be long lost, Caster was the one who took it after he left and learnt its secrets. He has learnt on how to read the stars through its use. Ranked: B

Sampo, Stellar Change: Using the magical properties of the Sampo, Caster is able to change his own class into whichever he wants, taking as reference the base stats for each one of the classes. This, however, does not change his personal skills and he is only able to use one of the class skills of whatever class he changes into. The only stat that remains constant is his luck. Two class changes are allowed per day and each of them last for an hour, but after using both, Caster will automatically lose all of his magical power and feint. Ranked: A

Ok! Buffed him a little, or maybe a little too much, tell me if I should tone down a little or change his active Noble Phantasm ability. ^.^
