Yes you can have multiple characters. Now as for power stuff well I don't think we will do blast cores/shards because those were caused by the ray sphere (blast shards) and the explosion in the beginning of Infamous 2. The relays are a possibility but then again with no need of the DUP would those still be around is the question, would the CTU have them? I'm undecided. Now power fusions, if you mean what Cole did in Infamous 2 that gives him ice or fire I'm going to have to say no too. Only really powerful conduits seem to be able to even get anything out of it like Cole was since neither Kuo or Nix gain anything out of it despite it being a two way street.

Okay, just a curiosity. I think that CTU should still have access to the DUP's tech,just not the amount of funding and power, since they are just a water-downed version of them, and the blast shards can still be found if they are still using the Conduit tracker drones. Relays are like more powerful versions of the drones, ale to help pinpoint locations of conduit activity, but have to be heavily protected as they now know Conduits will likely come for them to try and get a quick power bonus. Just some ideas, things to help you thinking process

'Sandy' the rouge conduit is running amuck like Raijin said but it should be noted that there are several characters hanging around the area either watching or fighting. Just to give a bit more clarity.

Okay, but remember that all powers have to have a recharge. Blood is difficult enough, that's why Cruor never uses shot attacks if he can help it, but I can't imagine where one can find a steady supply of bones to siphon, maybe calcium could help, but it has to be a lot of it, at least in my opinion.

Still gonna be hard to do, as people will begin to run away once you start siphoning their bones and such. I suggest teaming up with Cruor and taking advantage of his current blood farm. I'm sure he'd be willing to share.

A bone siphon... Did anyone ever watch that show 'Spliced'? It had the stereotypical failure of a mad scientist character try to remove everyone's spines in one episode. It was weird; there was a whale skunk, a diaper full of spines, a volcano, a robot baby. That show was just weird honestly. Also yes, please someone pump life into the IC. I would but have nothing to post that would move things forward.

Sorry for the wait of my post. Homework and other things just getting in the way while I slowly work away at it. It should be up in a few hours or so. As for bone powers well like Raijin said, the big question is the power source as long as it's not like bone sucking everyone you come across or something I might allow it, as well as not being OP.

Why not instead of "Bone" To calcium. Much more feasible and a recharge is just a GNC away. I would like to create two conduits that work as a pair, DJ's Bass and Treble.
