The UMMA isn't even a government. ^^;

I'm pretty sure that's just in reference to how Shocker+ feels about the other two organizations in the RP.

I don't think there's any other actual children in the UMMA anyway, unless you really count Dlanor but she's an angel who's a lot older than she appears.

Anyway, um...

@Trevor1001: You should probably add more to the personality section.

@VitaVitaARFine, she doesn't have them. Even if she did use them, it'd only be like what happens in the game.

Which is still unacceptable.

But you've removed them now so I'll look her over again.

@VitaVitaAR

I added more and took away bipolar. It's kind of hard to give an accurate personalty info cause she is not a main character and has only been in the manga twice.

If my evil character makes it in can she join/have been apart of your group?

You'll have to find some way to join in-character. If you start off in a group that's been around for less than a week, it'd seem really cheaty.

Do you have an NPC that's not doing a good job and would like them to disappear? You could pay her to do that.

I'm not quite sure Shocker+ would hire outside contractors to deal with inter-employee issues.

Then what would be one of the best ways to join?

I suppose the best way to join would be to contact one of the members and arrange a meeting. If you demonstrate good credentials and proper experience, you'll certainly be eligible for hiring. Shocker+ is an equal-opportunity PMC, you know!

@Belwicket: Okay, now... another one of the shouts seems pretty bad. It seems like she can just eat people's souls unblockably and there's only two characters I can think of who could be immune to that. ^^; Unless I'm misreading.

There's also the ability to infinitely summon a dragon even if that dragon is killed, that's... not so good. She could just do it over and over again in a fight.

I'm also not seeing how she could be the King and be anything other than AU. The Dragonborn doesn't become the High King of Skyrim in canon.

@Trevor1001: She seems fine to me, accepted.

From what I understand, Soul Rend is basically a very damaging attack that has a few extra effects. If you land it (which, being a projectile attack, isn't guaranteed), the enemy is dealt a grievous wound. If they die from this, their soul will be trapped in any soul gem on-hand and their corpse will be reanimated.

Call Dragon is effectively a summoning spell. Every five minutes, you can summon Odahviing, a large dragon. It takes a while for him to appear, he's slow and unwieldy, and he can be defeated with a moderate amount of effort. Compared to other character's at-will infinite summoning capabilities, it's not quite at the top of the list.

Not Call Dragon, Summon Durnehviir. Because he's an immortal zombie dragon locked to the Soul Cairn, you just teleport him to your location. Shout runs out? Say his name again.

Call Dragon and Summon Durnehviir are roughly equivalent, one just summons Odahviing instead. Beyond that, you can only summon it once every five minutes, Durnehviir is too big to be used indoors, he's capable of being destroyed even with swords and arrows (which implies rather negative things when you consider the sheer quantity of bigger weapons available in the multiverse), and summoning him requires a bit of a start-up that can be stopped.

Compared to Kenji's Personae, Cinder Fall'ss Dust creations, and whatever Vita wants to do with his GMPCs, it's pretty much on the same level.

@Earnest Evans: She. ^^;

And I'm more concerned about it just being used over and over again then the dragon's power. Even if it's not a problem to deal with for a lot of characters it could get kind of annoying it it's just used a bunch of times in a row.

Unless the battle takes place over the course of a half-hour, I shouldn't think it'd be used very often. After all, most of these fights go by in minutes and both dragon-summoning Shouts can only be used once every five minutes.

@VitaVitaAR Which Thu'um is that?

Also, Durnehviir would be able to come only once a day. Unless you mean Odahviing, which he would be unaccessible outside her own world. (I may have gotten them mixed up.)

Well, I could take away the part about being High Queen but that was more to show what she's like.

Rend Soul. I know it's got a specific gameplay function, but it is written as if it's removing the target's soul and an attack like that floats in a kind of shaky area as far as I'm concerned.

For the matter of her being High Queen, you'd have to switch it to AU if you kept it since there's no way it can fit into the canon she comes from.
