Absolute zero is the temperature Hydrogen freezes solid at. While it's theoretically possible to reach, it's logically impossible to reach without bringing the entire rest of the universe to absolute zero, considering the nature of thermodynamics.

Uiharu's esper ability is temperature manipulation. At a Level 1, it allows her to maintain a fixed temperature of anything she touches. Ramp it up to it's high end effect, and you're effectively looking at flipping off nature and thermodynamics to do whatever the hell you want in regards to heat. So I could see her being able to lower something to absolute zero without freezing the universe, though admittedly not without quite a bit of effort.

Thermal conduction is already a problem here. If something hits absolute zero, I imagine it would lower the surrounding area to lethal levels immediately. On top of that, matter takes on weird properties at CLOSE to absolute zero, but we've never actually seen something get there. Also, Uiharu was intentionally designed with a low-level ability, one that I must add is compensated for with her genius ability in computers. You should appreciate that; it's no fun to use an 'I-win' button, especially if the character never had one in the first place. If it's really necessary to play an obscenely powerful character, Index alone has characters like Accelerator.

The point still stands. There's no need to warp a character just because they don't have a ridiculously strong, easy-to-use attack. Uiharu has great computer skills, which are good for support, provided you're willing to be clever about it. Also altering a character who's weak at direct combat to suddenly be the best at it without any effort seems kinda disrespectful to said character's original concept.

I will say I think Uiharu's more suited for a support role then upping her power and putting her into direct combat as a high-power character. I'll judge the bio fairly if it comes up but as of now that's my opinion. That being said, I really like Uiharu and think there's a place for the canon version of her in this RP. ... Though she would need a Saten to embarrass her. Ahem, um, that's my thoughts on the matter. For the moment I'm really trying to think up a good entrance for Kiyomi.

About that... randomly digging your way into the area to pillage everything in sight and force the characters into battle, when the current goal is to have some downtime, probably isn't the best idea. Especially when most, if not all of the present PC's would have no qualms killing your character to keep the civilians safe, sorry to say. And I don't think it's possible for characters from either side to just invade each other so easily. It was an important point that the attack from five minutes ago was extremely unusual in that regard.

Siberia I have no idea what's going on there, which is why I haven't been using Medic lately, and Freddy's no. Sure the Overlord has a helmet, but I'm still not going into a place with freaky animatronics.

I am a hundred percent sure that almost all the characters in the RP could turn the animatronics into scrap metal. Also it's during the day ad I don't think they do anything then.
